Ordered apple bites, they were 5 hours old. Cook didn’t want to make fresh. Very bad attitude. Ordered extra crispy chicken but came mushy. Must have been cooked hours earlier. I would rather wait for fresh cooked at the time of order. Please fix this issue too improve customer satisfaction and business.

Called in my order 30 minutes before it was time for me to pick it up. I’m in the store for 10 minutes and then they tell me it’s gonna be another 12 minutes. 12 minutes goes by one of the workers comes out and tells me that I can’t have any french fries because they are cleanig the fryers. I ask them for my money back please. I am told no, I can only have another side. I am forced to order a side that I do not want after waiting almost an hour. Who is running this place?? Ridiculous!!

The food and service were fine. We ate in the dining room. Midway through our meal a family comes in with two dogs. Naturally they were wearing $8 Amazon service dog vests. Real service dogs don't beg and will stay near the owner's feet. These were obviously ordinary pets. One of the dogs was placed ON the table so it could share a drink. A dog's butt on a table so a later customer can later eat off the same uncleaned surface? No hell NO!

These teenagers act like they are doing you a favor to serve cold and mostly tasteless food. Had to ask for a straw, napkins, etc. Bisquits were Cold and hard as stones. DISGUSTING AND FILTHY INTERIOR.
