Messed up the our order twice live pretty far. They didn't redo the whole meal had to come back a different day. But at least they replaced the chicken after they charged us for a bucket and gave us tenders. 2 pretty mediocre meals wife was not happy. But one of the girls staff member super nice friendly. So couldn't give one star.

Well, finally, the food is fresh. The biscuits are busting. The staff is super friendly. The young guy graduating from high school this year was just a genuine sweetheart. I came in to grab a few pieces of chicken and some biscuits and dang I put my order in in with second, it’s in my hands and out the door smoking hot and delicious thank you KFC Granbury for cleaning up the store❤️

Stopped there this evening the manager was very rude they had no fresh chicken and was very short staffed he was upset and talking to customers like it was their fault!! I will never stop there again he should be replaced and is probably the reason they are short staffed !!

I have not ate in this location in a very long time and typically go through the drive-thru.. I don't have any issues with the food the only thing is the service was kind of slow I think I waited on my food for 20 plus minutes... And it was a tad hot on the inside... My son had to turn on a fan.. so we at least had air circulation in the dining area

So tonight I ordered 12 family meal. I didn't add anything to it...no drinks, desserts or extra sides. The menu said it was $30.99 for the 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides and buicuts, but I was charged $44 and some change. I didn't get given a receipt either no asked if i wanted a receipt. It was about 8pm or there about when I went in. I'm not going to ever go back if they are going to charge more than their menu says.
Yes I know tax is included but there is no way in hell that the tax for $30.99 is that much. Tax. Would be $2.56 at a tax rate of 8.25% that Texas has. I should have only paid $33.55. I paid $10 - $11 more!!! No one mentioned tipping being added or even asked if I wanted to give a tip!!!
Yes I'm freaking mad as hell. Like I said I'll never go back and my dad will just have to suck it up that he isn't getting KFC ever again.

Ordered apple bites, they were 5 hours old. Cook didn’t want to make fresh. Very bad attitude. Ordered extra crispy chicken but came mushy. Must have been cooked hours earlier. I would rather wait for fresh cooked at the time of order. Please fix this issue too improve customer satisfaction and business.

Called in my order 30 minutes before it was time for me to pick it up. I’m in the store for 10 minutes and then they tell me it’s gonna be another 12 minutes. 12 minutes goes by one of the workers comes out and tells me that I can’t have any french fries because they are cleanig the fryers. I ask them for my money back please. I am told no, I can only have another side. I am forced to order a side that I do not want after waiting almost an hour. Who is running this place?? Ridiculous!!
