as an ex-employee they don't take into consideration for their employees mental health they put them through hell and theirs a manger that is a extremely rude to the other employees and when I was going through some family issues she told me oh well and their sanitation position they start them off at $8hr and barely gives them bonuses and Lance the store manager doesn't care about his employees . . . I wouldn't recommend working at Kroger even if it was the last on earth that was hiring
I cannot rave enough about these ladies! I have ordered several birthday cakes from here, and they impress me EVERY time! Thank you ladies for the time and heart you put into your work, it shows! ❤️

Very friendly staff including pharmacy
Beautifully decorated sun flower birthday cake at the last minute! I called HEB and they don't do last minute decorated cakes. Lucky for me, Kroger stepped up and made it happen. It looked and tasted amazing and was so reasonably priced. I recommend very highly!!
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this store. I just moved my 501c3 non profit organization here. We train service dogs for combat veterans. I have had several “service dogs” and now a BIRD attack my personal service dog. Birds are NOT allowed under ADA law public access. Birds can spread several diseases to people and service dogs! I approached the lady and she said “oh I know it’s illegal”. I can’t believe NO ONE in the store asked her to leave! Kroger, seriously you need to enforce ADA laws! Birds & snakes do NOT belong in a grocery store! ADA law defines a service animal as a DOG only! Why are you allowing birds, snakes and other animals in your store?

My local grocery store for a year. have to return something monthly. the produce is the saddest produce I have ever bought. we will be changing our shopping from here and cross the street.. whoever the produce manager is.. should be fired. today was the last time I gave it a second, third chance....
There is a lot of expired food on the shelves. Check the expiration dates on every item!

There is a lot of expired food on the shelves. Check the expiration dates on every item! I have found some expired dates dated back from July! I rather shop here than H‑E‑B but this problem is getting worse. I have spoken to management and they claim they get a print out for all the items about to expire. I’m not sure if they toss that to the side or someone is not properly pulling items.. but someone will eventually get sick.
Horrible service experience with Misty. When I asked to speak with a manager, it got worse. Threatened to call the police on me!! My husband and I have been shopping here for years, but will be shopping at HEB across the street unless Kroger corporate makes this right.

I do not recommend at this time! The store is allowing too many people in the self checkout area and allows customer’s grocery bags to be lined up on the floor, while they continue to check out. There’s no room to stand! Isn’t the goal during this critical time to get people in and out of your store quickly? This store offers no express checkout, allows people to check out large carts of merchandise in the self checkout, and violates the social distancing policies by failing to provide 6’ distances between customers. The HEB across the street sterilizes the self checkout terminals and all carts between customers. It’s an easy decision where I will shop!
Great deals, great customer Service, everything on sale up to 60%+ off get all your shopping
