Typical McDonalds. Food was OK for the price, except the new Hot fries were mixed with old cold fries. I had some nice hot good tasting fries and some cold should have been thrown out fries. I watched the fry guy dump the fresh cooked HOT fries into the serving area, salt them and mix them up. Then the order person scooped up my large fry and my wife's medium fry and served our food. I mean come on McDonalds REALLY. You cannot even serve hot fries? Here is a HINT for the Management.......Train your employees to serve food LIKE THEY WOULD WANT IT ! If the fry cook wants and likes Cold Fries, then I guess that person is properly trained. Gee whiz. Throw out the old and cold.

Great place to go if you want to wait in your car for 20 minutes for “fast” food. Food was normal McDonald’s nothing to get excited about but I pulled right up and got my order placed with no other cars. I pulled straight to the window to pay then straight to the pickup window and got told to park. Then sat in the car waiting so long I thought they forgot me and had to go in and wait for my food inside. Pretty bad when there is no one else ordering and they are still that slow. This is the reason I rarely go to this McDonald’s

Well at first I went through to just get a coffee. Then I changed my mind and drove back through to get the morning meal. The lady at the window saw me and laughed and I laughed and it was pretty funny. But it wasn't the usual scowl I get at other McDonald's. It was something that made my day. When I went to the second window to get my food they were prompt and had my food ready. It was hot and it tasted good. Again, not what I expected. I have had some pretty bad service at quite a few McDonald's in the Austin area, but Granburys McDonald's is top notch. Thank you very much.

Went drive thru today 9/20 at around 3pm CST. I asked for no pickles on my burger but I guess the people making the food can’t read or too busy on their phones to do what the order says so yeah my burger had pickles. Then I get to the window for my food the kid tells me it’ll be a couple min on the burger. That was fine. I asked for ketchup, just a couple packets is fine no big deal….or so I thought. This boy could not remember what I had told him 2 min prior when he handed my food. It was not that hard to do but I guess some people are just not there yet. He even looked at me fold the bag but not check inside like he was ready to give me ketchup because he knew he didn’t put any in there. Oh well maybe next time. Keep trying to grow them face whiskers little dude.

I do not know WHY people make taking orders, taking money, checking the order and walking your food out to the right patron is such a difficult task. How on gods green earth did these people get passed the 2nd grade has me scratching my head.
