It is stupid that a fast food instead is a pull up and wait 5 minutes. Rude girl in the drive thru window. McDonald's on Morgan st has gone to hell. Very rude and slow.

Went to a McDonald's in Weatherford, off of the main road, and went through the drive through, was only there to claim an item from my rewards app, and immediately while trying to provide the verification code to the drive-through employee, the audio device thingy started becoming garbled and I had to repeat the code 4 times, before the employee finally understood me. Other than that, the service is usually very fast and without much messed up orders, as I have been to that McDonald's on several other occasions. However, their ice cream machine is never working, and sometimes, usually in between about 4:45 and 8:30 pm, the drive through has a higher volume of customer traffic, don't ever see too many people, if at all, inside, other than employees. Right off the main road, easy to see from the freeway and service road, staff and employees for the most part, are very friendly, helpful, and polite, and always in the most cheerful of employee-customer interaction type of foods, the overall restaurant, both inside and out, bathrooms not included, was your average level of professionally appealing with cleanliness and hygienic. The free wifi that most McDonalds locations now have at this current location, yog have to be literally sitting on top of the building to be in range, and it will fluctuate in and out if connected to, while being any further than about 6-8 feet from the building.Parking: Some of the parking spots, though they aren't marked for such purposes, the McDonald's employees will ask drive through customers to pull into to wait for an order that is taking longer to be finished, and for an employee to bring it to them. This isn't a very often occurrence, and usually the parking spaces are only utilized for an estimated 15-20 minutes, tops. It does eliminate about 1/4 of the spots to park, when drive through customers are utilizing these spaces, definitely causing a heavier congestion of movement, and limiting the overall time management and fulfillment of the restaurant as a result. But, they do make up for that fairly well with the other things that exist at this location versus the others.

Normally have a Great experience but apparently they have hired a bunch of entitled kids who think being courteous is a cuss word , can't add and couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it .

I went here because I wanted to play with my daughter in the playground, but they don't have any. We ordered some food and unfortunately my French fries were cold and a strange flavor. It's almost like the oil was super old. Despite all of that, service was fast, and the place was clean.

Worst manager! Worst service ever! I paid for three meals which they had gotten wrong when I got to the pickup window. I asked the manager to correct it but he only corrected my drinks, then only Handed me half of my order. When I told him there was still part of my order missing he was very rude and refused to give me the rest my order. I tried explaining to him that I had ordered and was CHARGED for three meals, to which he kept interrupting me & kept raising his voice at me saying I had already gotten my meals which I did NOT! Basically, I had to leave without getting my full order because he was literally yelling at me because I was asking for what I had paid for!

Food was consistent it never saw a dirtier McDonald’s. They put their focus on drive through and forget about service to those inside. Kiosk was broken on one side. People waiting to place their orders.
