Papa Johns Pizza

I asked for my food to still be hot after being switched from delivery to door dash and it had been 30 minutes. I go in. I pay. I tipped $6. I open my food… my pizza ? It was okay just cut terrible. My “buffalo wings”? However, it was chicken nuggets with 3 drops of buffalo sauce :)

The night I stopped in I was a bit annoyed. I didn’t realize it was homecoming in the town and had to wait a while. I always say pay with cash at the store on the app even though I have no cash. But I’ll be damned if I’m gonna get there to pick up and be told it’s still being cooked or hasn’t even been made yet, and stand around and wait. Nope my time is too valuable and I’m out the door. If it’s already been paid for I can’t do that. So I arrive and the man I’m assuming we the manager or Store manager for sure he was running tight ship and that’s good to see but he asked my name and then Went to look at something and returned telling me my total. I guess I assumed he knew my little trick and saw it was ready I just needed to pay. So I did only to be told it’s got a little bit left. It was more like another 20 minutes before it was. It’s alright I guess. The food was hot and fresh. But this is my only interaction with this store as of this point and time.

My order was made incorrectly however; I received a phone call from James, who was the closing manager that night and he is going to remake my order again when I'm ready. I am thankful for these guys integrity!

The pizza was great. It was ready quickly. Service was good but the fella at the counter never spoke nor smiled ! Little bit unnerving

This is the cleanest and friendliest location I've been to across the US. I can't explain how, but the pizza even tasted better. I'm being serious. If you like Papa John's, this is the one to visit.

Every time we order from here, they flub up our order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
But the pizza is great. Have someone locally take the order and not a STUPID CALL CENTER.

Sent the wrong pizza, but since it was delivered through DoorDash (despite being ordered on Papa Johns' app), nothing was done.

So I ordered a pizza and Papa John's decided to send doordash to deliver well doordash could not find the address for delivery here at Great Clips in Granbury and then they lied and said they delivered the pizza so Papa John's sent a second pizza through doordash and the exact same thing happened. So basically nobody knows where the two pizzas went there are no reasons or explanations and I end up having to drive up to Papa John's myself and get the pizza and deliver it to my wife at Great Clips. What's funny is when I got to Papa John's there was three delivery drivers with Papa John's signs on top of their Vans sitting there
