Was in the restaurant and could over hear a “conversation“ between the manager and a doordasher, let’s just say the manager should be fired. Yelling at the poor lady, she kept her cool through the whole thing. All because he wanted her to bag her own order, right after handing another dasher there’s. Why are you allowing non employees to go back in to the food service area in the first place, and insisting that they are your employees? They work for door dash not you. Very unprofessional, I’ll not be ordering from this location as long as Al is managing it.

Multiple experiences with extended wait times. Currently standing in the lobby for over 20mins past time of anticipated pick up.Still haven’t gotten my pizza- it’s now 25 minutes past pick up time. When I was again thanked for my patience for the 6th time- I said I wasn’t appreciative of the wait. He let me know I should have cancelled the order. Although I was assured the pizza was ready any moment from the time I arrived!Next time we will stick with Mamas.
