I ordered the Coach Sandwich. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I've eaten in months. We we're just trying to find a place for quick lunch while visiting some family in the area, but this may become a staple when we come into town. The seating inside is limited, but definitely worth the visit.

I have only lived in Granbury 2 years and 3 months and today was my first visit to Pearl Street Station and it will NOT be my last. It was amazing! The pinto beans were better than I can make on my best days LOL and the pulled pork was tender, moist and lean quality ! I WILL BE BACK!

Amazing bbq and an awesome staff. Had to wait about 10 extra minutes for an order (which is expected at a bbq spot) and Victoria and the chef took great care of us and made everything great. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great as always. The owner is a very nice guy. I just wanted a simple bologna sandwich and it was fantastic. The jalapeño bread is next level. And don’t forget about the pinto beans. They are always good. Today was a beautiful day and I enjoyed my lunch on the patio with plenty of shade . I’ll be back

The food has good seasoning, and if you enjoy the sandwich-style concept, most of the dishes are presented that way. However, despite the decent flavor, the overall experience did not fully satisfy us. The portions and presentation did not match the price paid, and we felt that the value was not aligned with what we received. While the idea behind the menu is clear and consistent, the cost creates higher expectations that were not completely met. It may appeal to some tastes, but for us, the price-to-value ratio needs improvement.
