Haven't eaten here in a while, so I thought hought I would try it. BTW.....I prepared myself with a bottle of Rolaids, Imodium as well as Zofran for nausea. So pleased I took precautions!!! GLAD I DID!
I guess hell has to freeze over b4 this place gets closed down. They have the worst pizza on the planet. I should have just went to General Dollar and bought a Totino's Pizza.
Their meat had a tin can taste & the vegetables tasted like they were on the verge of spoiling like right at the slim stage. I'm not even sure they put sauce on it unless that's the tin can taste I was tasting. I honestly do not see how this place stays open. I really hate like hell that I spent money on this place today, But I tell you one thing it's gonna be the last. Save your money go next-door and get Pastafina pizza which is what I should've got to begin with. I'M DONE with Pizza Hut!

The staff went above and beyond because they had run out of the personal pan pizza doughs. They bumped us up for free and made sure we had plenty of toppings. Then they were super friendly when explaining what happened and made sure it was ready, hot, and prepared to leave the store when we arrived.

Absolutely horrific experience. Waited an hour and 22 minutes for an undercooked and greasy pizza. The manager would not make an appearance when I requested a refund. If you want undercooked pizza after an hour wait - this place is for you. The staff is clearly incompetent and undertrained. Never coming back.

Place was vacant at lunchtime. I ordered my pizza and boneless wings lunch special. Pizza was tomato sauce and half cooked pepper . Will not go again. In Granbury there is Alex's, Mama's and three italian eateries i will recommend over the Hut.

I hate giving out bad reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. My wife placed our order at 6:29PM. It was supposed to be ready in half an hour. I show up a little later, around 7:00PM. The food wasn’t ready. No big deal I thought, these things happen. After 10 minutes, someone finally comes out the back. I ask her if the pizza was going to be ready soon. She told me they were just finishing up. Fast forward 7:30. I asked again if it was going to be ready and she apologized and said it would be a few more minutes. FINALLY, at 8:30PM the pizza and wings came out. Mind you I had watched people come in and pick theirs up and bring it right back for being wrong. I thought hey I’ve been here an hour and they were fresh and hot. I come back home and it was cold and stale. We called the store, no answer. Got on chat with Pizza Hut corporate and they said they would have the store call us. No call or communication in three days. Thanks Pizza Hut in Granbury for ruining my childhood nostalgia. I don’t know how it continues to operate in Granbury. Be aware and be prepared for memories to be ruined in Granbury. I’ll show my loyalty to them through not ordering there again.

Absolutely sickening! We waited 40 minutes and paid $40 for the floppiest under cooked pizza. We live 20 minutes away so no way we’re going back to town. They ought to be ashamed for serving us that especially after waiting for so long. It was so undercooked the dough was stuck the pizza box and as we picked up slices the toppings slid off.

Our order was put in at 5:25pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. When my wife arrived to pick our food up the store could not find our order. It wasn't until we gave them the order number from our email conformation that they suddenly found it. We waited until 7:10pm and was told it was still not ready and that they just got backed up. We ultimately cancelled our order and was refunded our money. All said and done, don't order from this store as it has fallen far below service standards and the employees are seemingly incompetent and or just don't care.

Love the pizza and the people that work there, are very nice, we drive from Fort Worth on the weekends since it is one of the few places where we can sit and eat a fresh pizza

If I could give zero stars, I genuinely would. While some of the staff at this location are kind, hardworking, and dedicated, it’s unfortunate that their efforts are overshadowed by profoundly poor management. The area manager, Ginger, and shift manager, Savanna, are not only ineffective leaders but actively contribute to a toxic and unsustainable work environment.
What’s most disheartening is that this establishment could truly thrive, it has potential, and it has team members who clearly care. But when those in charge lack accountability, avoid responsibility, and show blatant disregard for the well-being of their team, it creates a ripple effect that affects morale, customer experience, and long-term sustainability.
Supporting local businesses should mean supporting ethical practices, fair treatment of staff, and a culture of respect. Sadly, that’s not what your dollars support when you choose this location. Choosing to support this business in its current state is, knowingly or not, choosing to support the mistreatment and burnout of the people keeping it afloat.
And to Savanna—if by some chance you’re reading this because you’ve once again left your coworkers short-staffed—please understand that your pattern doesn’t go unnoticed. And to Ginger, leadership is not about collecting a paycheck while everyone else carries the weight. Real leadership means being present, accountable, and protective of your team. Your absence, in every sense of the word, speaks volumes.
Until this location is under better leadership, I can’t in good conscience recommend it to anyone who cares about supporting a business that treats its people with dignity and respect.
Placed an order on THEIR app not DoorDash etc…order went through, took my money and that was it. After 45 minutes PAST the delivery time I reached out to the store as my order still showed accepted but not being made etc. So I call the store and get no answer, so I drive up there and much to my surprise they are supposed to be open based on the signs shown and times listed yet the doors were locked despite all the lights being on. So don’t order food here if you actually want it because unfortunately this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Go to Dominos or any other company and I’m sure you’ll have better

This pizza Hut is still trash.
Surprised they finally fired the manager that was living in it on the pick up order side of the restaurant.
This place can't even afford to have fountain drinks anymore.
Take your business to mineral Wells Pizza Hut if you want to have great pizza and relive the good old days. They also offer eat in specials and have fountain drinks!
