Frist time back in 3 years. Will not return. Got one large pizza with two diffrent toppings on each side, instead of the two medium pizzas I ordered. When I called it in the lady just said she tried calling me. However no refund was offered. She said they ran out of medium pizzas, however they can still charge you for it.

Let me start off by saying, I gave them multiple chances to make this right. So a few months ago, we had ordered pizza some wings and some breadsticks. We had All of our children home for the weekend, "kind of a big deal in our house" so we thought hey let's feed everyone for a good price and make dinner simple. How wrong were we? Well for starters I will preface this by saying, several people in my household are allergic to tomatoes. Which means no red sauce. We ordered 3 pizza's with Garlic Parmesan sauce, we received only marinara sauce pizza's. They were wonderful about at least trying to fix the mistake that time. They gave us a credit for more than what we spent. We were still a bit upset as, some of us didn't get pizza that night. So a few weeks went by, we decided to give them another chance. We went to the shop and Ordered in person, 2 Pizza's with Garlic Parmesan Sauce. We made very clear to them, it was a food allergen that we could not have red sauce. They made us 2 red sauce pizza's. We simply asked that they refund the amount of the original order, the lady in charge yelled at my wife for several minutes. Refusing to refund an order that was "free" and denying we told them it was a food allergen, or ordering white sauce, when it showed on the receipt... She then told us we would never be allowed back. We laughed and asked "why would we eat somewhere that is trying to poison us?" I would never recommend going to this pizza hut. They need an entire new staff, and until that happens the horror stories will continue!

This was one of the top 5 worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The crust looked and tasted like cardboard, and had zero flavor. Had to throw it out. Whoever makes the “hand tossed” pizza, clearly is a rookie. Will never order from here again. Service was fine, pizza tasted terrible
horrible place to go never going there again i would not recommend this place i ordered a pizza another person took my pizza and the person never even asked for their number they just said that was their pizza pizza hut should start asking for phone numbers

Was just in there at 12:55 today Monday 11:25 and the young lady working with dark hair in a ponytail was talking to a gentleman about the same age when I walked up he told her I was standing there she turned around and looked at me and said ugh

i ordered the big dinner box and it came with burnt to a crisp bread sticks. and the wings i got aren’t even fully coated. i’m very disappointed. i paid $33 for burnt breadsticks and mediocre pizza.

this place sucks the Manager Paige was Extremely disrespectful not even letting me get food before kicking me out and Threatening to call the cops she Was also disrespectful to the employees i think paige should be fired a immediately because she makes the whole restaurant look extremely unprofessional

I Like this Pizza 🍕 made it special, is something different from other places, we ce far just to eat and sit waiting for Amaizing Service Hailee, is excellent waitress always smiling and nice
I love this sit-down Pizza Hut! Just like from my childhood-clean, well kept and spacious. But, when we pulled up, we couldn't tell it was open. There were no cars outside in view, no OPEN sign, and no hours posted at the door. I was ready to drive off, but my friend tried the door. After we parked, the restaurant started filling up. At least 7 people/groups while we ate. I suggested to the Manager that they park in the front to let people know they are open. Hayley was our server, and a very sweet and courteous girl. We had great pizza and salad, and loved being able to enjoy Pizza Hut while sitting in the dining room. Please do something to let people know you're open. We don't want to lose you! Julie G.

Pizza Hut pizza is slightly above frozen pizza. The Service at this location is bad and the atmosphere the same, sad. Why is it on fast food websites a customer can't just browse the menu without having to into the ordering page. It's PITA. if I could rate in the negative I would. I recommend Mama's pizza

I am not one to write bad reviews, but we have repeatedly had issues with this Pizza Hut. Every order either has a missing item that we hopefully catch, or some other issue such as a mostly empty container of pasta.
