Ordered on the app. Took 40 minutes after arrival for it to be completed. Was told that the stuffed crust that we had ordered would take longer ( approximately 20 minutes more) and opted to substitute it for another one. I obliged and said that it was fine after being there for the time that I was. We then received our pizza mere seconds after we were asked if we wanted to change it. Either they made it wrong and didn’t want to make it again, or didn’t have the items to make it and waited to tell me. After we left, I open my pizza melt that I had also ordered and it was a sausage when I ordered a pepperoni. Overpriced for the incompetence that they have in the kitchen. Never going back.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location. I actually disregarded my first experience and still went ahead again for the second time. And yet again they disappointed. I ordered my food via the app 30-35 mins before showing up to the restaurant. Along with that, the app stated that my pizzas was “out of the oven and ready for pickup”. I got there and that was not the case. After waiting almost an additional 45 mins I got my food. The manager who was really nice said that they were short-staffed,(which happens, I get it), which was the same exact excuse as last time. I explained what happened with the app, the timeframe and message that my food was finished, and she said “oh, the app is not accurate”. I’m like what’s the use of the app then?

Appreciated Pizza Hut’s deal of pizza, breadsticks, and dessert because my kids and husband can never agree! Would suggest, however, that the app would offer a half and half option. Half of my family is veggie only the other half is meat only! ? Makes it tough to order a pizza! Anyway, Pizza Hut is the best tasting pizza ever, though!!! It’s just more expensive than the competition, so we can’t get it as much as the others.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Pizza Hut, but since no half and half option on the app, requires us to spend twice as much.

This location is being ran severely understaffed through no fault of the actual employees I'm sure. There were several other people waiting for their carry out orders. My order took an unacceptable amount of time to be completed as did many others. That being said, what REALLY grinded my gears was the pityful amount of cheese on my pizza. I understand corporate pushes management to keep food costs down as low as possible to maximize profits. This is why I paid the additional charge for extra cheese on my pizza only to discover a mere sprinkling of cheese. I could see clear to the dough on more than half my pizza. There was not even a basic amount of cheese after paying the upcharge. If you order from this location, may the odds ever be in your favor.

Delivery driver (subbed out to Uber Eats by PH) got “lost” (really?!) and took over 2 hrs for food to arrive. Not my typical experience with PH but disappointed nonetheless. ONLY bright spot was the mgr, Ginger who was hospitable and apologetic and refunded $$. Apparently same scenario with multiple deliveries this same date.

Our pizzas had literally one tiny piece of meat per slice, and just enough sauce and cheese to qualify as a pizza. Received a survey via email and voiced my dissatisfaction as they requested. I got an email back from someone at corporate that was extremely rude. You've got to be kidding me. There are much better options, even in Granbury, for pizza. No wonder this building always looks vacated.
