The chicken here is a hit or miss. But the sauce is always good. The fries tend to be cold, bitter, and not well salted...Definitely not the first place I would pick for chicken... There are many chicken places around to choose from, better ta choose one of them.
I love the food! Only complaint I have is my wallet was stolen and lost my caniac club card. But my app said I can have the code scanned at the register. Crew members refused said that the location doesn't do that and wouldn't give me a new card. Ended up losing rewards... They got the team leader and they said I shouldn't have lost the card. I've worked in food and retail services for awhile and I understand some customers can be hard to handle, and I try...
Great food and good assertive customer service. Even being courteous enough to offering ketchup before the words came out of my mouth. Food was great Well done! Canes had my vote ??.
