The food was good, but my order was messed up. I had gotten a sonic blast with peanut butter cups in it instead of cookie dough. Didn't notice till I got home. It's a good thing I did notice it to since I'm deathly allergic to peanuts. Overall, everything else was correct and tasted pretty good.

Most of the menu items are tasty, as fast food goes. Service can be hit or miss, but more often than not, is friendly and respectful. Atmosphere is unique compared to peers. Using the mobile app to order ahead and then picking up in a stall makes the transaction less rushed and offers the best opportunity to confirm the order accuracy before driving away.

I ordered only a medium strawberry cheesecake shake, and they took probably 10 minutes, plus, when I got my shake it was only a strawberry shake. Definitely the WORST Sonic EVER.

So I live very close by so I ran and grabbed some dinner I was very disappointed i ordered a #5 I cant eat the fries they were either double dropped or dropped to long (in the fryer) they crumbled in my mouth like powder. The partty was way over seasoned. I dont know if they are training new people but one walked behind my car smoking a cig for his break they should wait until they cross the parking lot

The last time I ordered, it was wrong. The shake was runny and no flavor. The burger was not right. I asked for mayo and got mustard, asked for no pickles and it was full of them. I had to order because it was late and I had just left the E.R. and was hungry. Was very disappointed.

I always order ahead on the app and still have to wait no less than 20 minutes every time I visit. They are the slowest sonic I’ve ever been to. It’s convenient to visit because it’s close to my home, but the employees are completely rude and you have to wait forever.

This is the absolute worst sonic. You can order just a drink and it takes minimum 10 minutes to come out and its watered down and clearly has just been sitting there. Same with the food… cold, not fresh, etc. The employees almost always have a horrible attitude… the sonic across town is superior.

I’m not sure what has changed in the last year at this location, but it’s been a drastic decline in service and quality, to the point each time we go now we wait at least 15+ minutes for something as simple as drinks, and or they forget we are even waiting. We have a Dr Pepper problem, and sonic has always been where we curb that craving daily, but this location closest to home failing so miserably is the best thing that’s happened to our health. Silver linings I guess. There’s also 0 accountability each time we are there, 0 apology, or even an appearance they care this is the norm now. We regularly see customers leaving without their order or without even ordering, and we only stop by ourselves a fraction of the amount we used to. I hope they sell or change management

Horrible!!! The worst customer service ever. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but this establishment seems to be run by a bunch of high school kids who could care less about doing their job efficiently. We placed an order, there was a grilled cheese wacky pack missing from our order, not only did they not provide a receipt for the order, but when we placed an order and paid for the missing wacky pack, it took 25 minutes before we’d had enough of waiting. My husband finally hit the button and called up to just have the transaction reversed and get our money back. The young man over the intercom says “ oh we have your food sitting right here, you just want us to run it out?” Are you kidding!! If you had it sitting there why wasn’t it run out about 15 to 20 minutes earlier! No I don’t want your cold food.. anyways, sorry for the rant just beware of this establishment. Sometimes it’s fine but a lot of time the customer service is severely lacking.

This Sonic is the ABSOLUTE worst of any Sonic I have ever encountered. Always takes forever, especially for Doordash/Uber Eats orders. Drivers have to wait forever for orders. Sonic just cancels orders after multiple drivers have shown up to pick up the orders. Sonic Blasts are like milk, melted. Always the least amount of toppings I've seen from any Sonic. Anything fried is over fried due to very old oil, from them not changing out oil. Just an all around disaster from this location. The owner should fire Management. Management should be ashamed of their incompetence.
