Every time I go in the people are super nice. However, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro and I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with Nitro on my ticket. Like I don’t know the difference in taste. They have asked me to get out of my car and come in the store (while I am in the drive through line) and let them know I was there for my order (from the app). And then they asked my daughter to go all the way back through the drive through because one of her two drinks wasn’t ready. We will NEVER come back to this Starbucks again.

A little disappointed in my visit today. I'm not sure what the issue was today. But they didn't want to make an order correctly. It took a lot of insisting, but they were refusing to do the order as the customer wanted.
Which I understand. They may not like the order, but it's not for them. Also, if it just doesn't mix right there are ways to politely explain why it may not set right in the mixture instead of just rudely refusing. This location is usually nice, but may give them a little bit of a break. That rudeness was just unnecessary. At least my delivery driver handled it very calmly, but I could tell she was stressed out from this visit. Thankfully the order was enjoyed. Just Service was bad
