One Star. I asked for an iced water with a splash of peach juice. The manager told the barista to charge me for a specialty tea. If I wanted a tea, I would've ordered a tea. I certainly didn't ask for a tea. If I'm paying for a tea, you may as well give me a tea bag to take home and make myself. Just do what you're supposed to do and hit the "add juice" button. I'll gladly pay the extra for juice in my water. What a D move. Especially, since I order at least two additional drinks whilst there. I won't be coming back to this one. I'll drive down the street or all the way to Benbrook, instead of this Granbury store. Never again.

This Starbucks in Granbury is the BEST!!! This is the one that is located off US HWY 377, and is just in front of Kroger. It has a lovely sitting area inside, complete with comfortable wall seats, smaller tables and chairs perfect for groups of two, a longer table with bar chairs, AND a lovely lounge area with a coffee table. Outside seating and tables are also available. From the moment that my family and I enter this Starbucks, we are greeted with a friendly “ welcome!” And, even if we briefly step outside to come back in, they are kind to say “ welcome back!” The drinks that we order are made to perfection! And, they have scrumptious cookies and salty snacks, too. One of few Starbucks locations I know of that have the lovely and cozy indoor seating, as some have changed to strictly drive through and/ or pick up orders. PLEASE don’t change! We love you just the way you are!

Extremely fast at the drive through but not friendly at all! Don’t let speed of service negatively impact your customer service. I get that they are busier due to the other location being closed for renovations but a smile and a thank you goes a long way. The barista on the headset taking orders should have good energy and people skills! Becky at the window was amazing!!

They are so nice here. And they actually are fast, even when the line looks very long. I made the mistake twice of getting in the line thinking it's long enough for my mobile order to be finished. Both times I was too early. I felt so bad, but they don't make you feel that way.

I purchased two pumpkin spice lattes heated for two friends of mine. I myself had the shaken sweet tea at the recommendation of the barista. Very friendly staff and if you don’t necessarily want coffee, but want a good tea I highly recommend the shake and sweet tea.

So just got 3 drinks from Starbucks and the barista was rude af. No customer service skills. I was already kinda irritated b/c we was already waiting in line for 5-8mins so she could have her local gossip talk with someone else. But she knew we was In line and waiting but still continued to talk making us wait. I mean really maybe she was having a bad day but recall when u work customer service you are polite and respectful to the paying customer . I work customer service as well and my attitude and the way u treat people come first.
