Since they redid it its horrible. The service is slower, the design is smaller. It took over a half hour and still didn't receive the drink. Having it online mostly makes it a slower worse process. With the new design it allows for too many mass orders and makes everything slower than ever. There are less places to sit and wait and it's not user friendly. At all. The staff is overwhelmed and can't keep up. Again the redesign is a failure.

been going here for 2 years bc i kinda sorta have a lil addiction. so this review is long overdue. after a while the staff had noticed I came often and coincidentally my name happens to be Angelina (which 3 of the workers there have the same name) so we bonded from that. S/O to my Angelina’s working there then even more staff began to talk to us often, now i feel like the whole store knows me. they literally take time to wave at me thru the window and multiple people will come and say hi to me. I speak to them briefly about their day and life. It actually makes me SO happy and I feel like more than a customer. I genuinely consider everyone there to be friends of mine. people can complain about their drink all they want- truth is they do the best they can and 99% of the time just go based off of starbucks recipe and rules- so get over yourself! be kind to my people!!! I haven’t met one rude person or experienced bad service. PLUS my coffee comes out perfect ? PS. Ily Angelina’s ! ur my fav baristas for life

I wish this Starbucks was bigger, as it is always busy, with lots of people in a compact area. There needs to be more baristas tending to the droves of customers coming in. This would greatly reduce the long lines, especially at peak times. My family and I always come for Frappuccinos, but they hardly ever look good, nor taste right. Probably because they are made in haste. Please hire more baristas!

Ordered thru my app, was told my order was ready. Then went inside and waited another 15 minutes for my drinks which they gave me 1 then I waited another 7 minutes for my 2nd drink. Then Karla decided to catch an attitude with me when I asked her what the issue was. I'll drive to the starbucks by heb. Shame.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I’ve already had to call the store and speak with the manager about my coffee cup being half way full previously. Then today, I placed my order using the app (which they want you to use) ON MY WAY to the store. I was there in less than 10 minutes. Then I had to sit in the line for an additional 10 minutes (I checked my order time). No biggie, if it’s busy, it’s busy. BUT I ordered a frap. When I got to the window and received the frap, it was watered down to a thin (like water seriously) drink. I said “oh no this one has already melted.” The pretty little Hispanic girl replied with “yeah, it doesn’t take that long.” …. What the actual hell. If you have a customer audibly voice dissatisfaction at the window, you should at least offer to fix it. There needs to be some retraining for handling complaints and finding a way to reach consistency. It is a waste of my money to order at that location at least 50% of the time. Since speaking to the manager didn’t change my future experiences, maybe a Google review will let the right people know of the issues. Where’s a Dutch Bros when you need them.
