Ordered two footlong sandwiches. The bread was hard. My wife’s order had sparse vegetables the wrong dressing and was not good. Mine didn’t have any dressing, dry as a bone . The absolute worst subway experience we’ve ever had, bummer because we just moved here. Looks like we will try a different subway. 👎

Went 4/9/25 for 3 meatball sandwiches at 4:50. I was told 20 min for meatballs. The manager at that location should be written up for not having everything for 5:00 rush. I went to 377 location to get sandwiches. I live behind location on fall creek highway. Big inconvenience and will not go to subway again

Once again I order online and it take over 45 minutes just to start our order. They forgot to toast the subs and it looks more like a taco than a sandwich. Rude staff as well, they just shoot you dirty looks.

Toaster oven must be broken as bread was placed in the oven but not warmed or toasted at all. Food not as fresh as other locations.
Dietary restrictions: No options for dietary restrictions. They did not have gluten free options. No vegan or vegetarian options that I am aware of. The only dietary option is to get a salad and leave many ingredients off.
Bread was stale. Sandwich was small. Be sure to ask for extra garnish.

On Tuesday, December 26th we received exceptional service at the Subway store in Acton. I did not get her name, but the young lady working all by herself during the lunch hour did a fantastic job. She had a great attitude, was cheerful, efficient and did an amazing job doing the work of three people.
