You know everyone makes fun of Taco Bell. I like it and of the reasons why is that the food is consistent. The shells have always been crunchy. The new crunchy chicken items are good.

The place runs like a well-oiled machine. I've been to many different locations of Taco Bell and this is one of the best locations. As a delivery driver and also as a customer I have had good experiences here. The food is ready quickly and it is good. I also give huge props for customer service here, the staff is better and more friendly than every restaurant or fast food in Granbury. My only complaint: the parking lot. It needs to be redone. I mean, Granbury is a retirement home, how are these folks going to get their grandkids in safely when they go to eat? By the time they get across the road into the restaurant they are going to be frustrated and hangry!

I got charged for two nacho fries I went in there to get both my nacho fries because they were not in the bag, only the cheese sauce was. She told me that I had to pay for them.even tho i did not get them after I had ordered them, this was the manager that I was speaking to and she had a really bad attitude with me and was so rude.

The food was almost out before I was finished paying! Tasted pretty dern good too 😋
Ok taco smell. Food was ok. When I arrived I was the only customer there and nobody greeted me at register. Several employees standing around chit chatting. So I had to order from kiosk. Could hardly find a clean table. Maybe instead of chit chatting y'all could greet customers and clean tables. When I say to eat. An Arabic looking employee sat down and comensed to taking his shoes off fondling his vare feet at a table which I almost through up. Nobody said a word to him. Dam guys use common sense why is this tolerated with so many employees store should be spotless. This is coming from an ex assistant manager of taco bell from 1986
