Absolutely fantastic destination eatery. They're famous for their made-from-scratch crust. However, I needed a pizza without any crust. I thought I wouldn't find an option, but the staff was able to whip me up a bread-less pizza that honestly made the rest of my table jealous. The photo doesn't do it justice, but I'd definitely say no matter what they make for you at this little eatery, it will be delicious. Great staff, too! Super friendly - it's like your hanging out in your friends' backyard, having great food, listening to live music and enjoying a spring evening. Definitely a great place to spend a Friday night!

Best pizza we have had. Love the Texas Heat and margarita pizzas. We typically order the flight where tonics. Choose three different pizzas and they make it into three separate smaller pizzas. Top quality ingredients are used and you cannot go wrong with wood fired pizza.

This place is great. A trip down a country road brings you to The Grove. The pizza is great, the live music was phenomenal and the atmosphere is very relaxing! The pizza flight is a great way to sample pizzas. The pizza desserts are awesome and a definite must do! A great way to spend an evening outside with fresh ends and family.

The pizza is amazing! We tried the margarita, the Grove, and the pizza bones. Recommend them all! Atmosphere is great, despite the heat wave, with live music and a chill backyard feel. Cannot wait to come back in the Fall when the weather cools off!

I cannot overstate the excellence of their pizza here, as well as the awesome service and atmosphere. We were greeted immediately by the owners of this business which reminds me of the best wood-fired pizza places across the West Coast. This is better, because it has a beautiful outdoor setting with tables, Edison lights, and live music on the weekends. The owner told us that if anything wasn’t to our liking he would absolutely replace it with one which was. In fact, he said that they made one of our pizzas again because it was over baked in spots, so they made another one while the employees ate the one that was only very slightly over baked.They baked our last 2 pizzas right in front of us with their large Igloo-style pizza oven. Seeing our scorching hot pizza immediately being placed into the boxes and handed to us immediately was very cool.I became resolute to return as soon as I can bring all my family members, probably again in 2 or 3 days.I am not from Granbury. So Rollins Road was a bit difficult to find but once I found this pizza Shangri-La, I didn’t want to leave. We brought 4 pizzas and 2 appetizers home and my family devoured them. We have no left overs and everyone is full with delicious fire hearth-cooked pizza.We will come back every time I visit my family in Granbury.Kid-friendliness: Kids were blended with their parents and danced wit them in the impromptu dance floor outside. I was expecting more out of my food, I payed $32 dollars for 2 pizzas and was told they were 12 inch pizzas, the only thing 12 inches was the box, I bought 2 expecting to fill up 3 people at the lake and after $32 I still had to go out and buy more food.
