The food was not good at all. It was not hot. They asked how hot we wanted with spice, then when serving did not know whose was whose. The waitress put drinks and food at one end of table and expected us to pass everything down . I will not go back.

That plate is for little kid portion . The side of rice that comes with the food is like a small scoop . Waitress does not come back to ask if you need anything else and we were the only ones there . Do not recommend don't waste your money .

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant out. I love Thai food! The food was not bad at all. I thought it was actually pretty good. It was the service we got that was awful. As soon as we walked in the waitress looked upset that we had come. As if she didn't want to serve us. She greeted us in an unwelcoming way and asked if we wanted our food to go or if we were dining in. We told her we wanted to dine in, and I saw the look on her face and she rolled her eyes. She was rude. She didn't care about us. She asked what we wanted to drink and I asked her what they served and she was abrupt and said something like we have tea and sodas. I felt uncomfortable at that point. So I requested an iced tea. I didn't specify sweetened or unsweetened, however I prefer plain tea and add Splenda to it. She came back with a sweetened tea and said " I didn't know what kind of tea you wanted so I brought you a sweet tea.." I accepted it. But thought to myself " why couldn't you ask me? Instead of just assuming what I wanted?" I ordered soup that I thought was going to be different because im used to a certain style. Tom Yum Gai with red broth not coconut milk.. it was still good just not what I expected and when I told her she said the chefs will still have to charge me for both soups if I want it changed out... I just really had higher expectations. But how can I assume that when the restaurant is in Oak Trail Shores... it's too bad. I wanted to love it. But I guess I'll just need some time to decide if it's worth it.

We came with a crowd of 9 people which overwhelmed this place. The food arrived at varying times so we all ate at different times. The food was burnt. I felt sorry for the waitress, she was very sweet but obviously overwhelmed. The weekend menu pricing is different from the weekday menu and the waitress had to explain it to us, so why don’t they have a weekend menu in print? If you want to find this place, it is not well marked.

Great food. If they would just freshen up the restaurant with a little paint and move the extra things into storage it would be nice. Don't let the outside fool you. Looks closed and looks like a dump. But the food is excellent. The lunch special can't be

I was looking for authentic Thai food, but this place didn't deliver. The outside of the building should of been a clue, run down. The inside was just as bad. The food tasted more like Chinese food than authentic Thai food. For appetizer ordered fresh spring rolls. The rolls were gummy and mostly lettuce. A sad, unspicy dip came with it. The chicken satay was tough and hard to chew, again-no spice, very bland. When I ordered Tom Kha Gai, I thought they would ask the spicy level, but they did not, second clue. Service was slow, staff didn't come around during the meal to check on us. I won't go back.

A year ago, we moved to Granbury from Dallas, where Thai food abounds. Pad Thai is my husband’s favorite food - on earth - so eating out or ordering in Thai was commonplace in our home. No way I could create anything close to what a learned chef could make. Needless to say, we miss it. That is - we did miss it because we found Thorp Spring Thai!!! Their Pad Thai and drunken noodles were legit, and the Tom Kha Gai sooo tasty. The young lady serving was also a delight. If you want to try Thai or if you love Thai, ya gotta go!

I pushed past so many red flags because I like Thai food. Such a disappointing experience. The fountain in front has no water, but does have trash in it. No sign on the restaurant. Hibachi grill hasn't been used in a while, considering the decorations in the hood. The waitress said all of the food is good and can't recommend anything. The waitress told us the drinks they have are on the menu, but didn't know what they were. The waitress discouraged us from getting boba because it would somehow melt within a couple of minutes and not taste good. The waitress told us if we wanted a soda, we could get it from the refrigerator we couldn't see on the other side of the restaurant. The waitress wasn't courteous and played on her phone instead of clearing the table as we ate. The waitress didn't ask us how our food was. Dusty lights, dusty air vents, tables propped up with sweet n low packets. Missing paint on the walls. Waitress cleaned a table, but left rice on it that I could see two tables away. Booths needs to be reupholstered. Orange chicken lacked flavor. Masamun curry lacked flavor. Peanut sauce was coagulated instead of smooth. Presentation of food was poor considering how much of a mess the plates and bowls were with sauces and curries running down the sides. Chipped bowls should be thrown away due to food safety concerns where a customer may consume the glass if it just chipped.I have no idea why I stayed. I knew better, but sometimes you just have to stand up and leave. I won't be coming back here, but I'll turn around and leave the next restaurant that looks like this.

Hole in the wall look with some GREAT Food. We got the teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour chicken and chicken padThai. Delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting some great food. Do not expect Panda Express because you will not receive Panda Express teriyaki chicken. This place is traditional and done right. Very good and will be back soon.

Went in with friends as we had heard they had good food. It was a Tuesday and I'm assuming they only had one cook and a waitress. The food was served one plate at a time and it was hot and was very very good. I had the red curry with mixed meats and it was super good. The pot stickers were very good also. The waitress was very professional and attentive. They have a hibachi grill but it is obtained through reservations only. This was the first time here but will be back. Very good experience.

I really wanted to like this place. The spring rolls were really chewy and had old veggies. The peanut sauce must have been really old. It tasted soapy and bad. I had the glass noodles. I usually love them and have been eating them for years. I asked for broccoli to be added to them. They forgot and added broccoli later by itself. Well I have never disliked broccoli or glass noodles but they were really bad. The broccoli tasted so old and was yellowish in color. It was recently cooked but the veggies were definitely past their time. The sauce on the glass noodles was odd and tasted sweet. It had a few tomatoes but they were over cooked and old too. The waitress was kind. That is one good thing. There was no one else in the restaurant at lunch time so that should have been my first red flag.

Last September they forgot one item on my To Go order. I called and told them about it then and Theresa said she would put a note in the cash register. Mind you, 8 months later, she remembered our conversation and replaced the meal at NO CHARGE! I’ve never had the opportunity to deal with such honest folk’s. And their food is made fresh to order and Nothing compares to it in Granbury! Give these folk’s a try if you haven’t yet! You will be pleasantly surprised with this little Gem…
