The staff was pleasant, they always are, but the ordering process was frustrating today. The order-taker spent a lot of time chatting with cars ahead of me, then intentionally skipped my vehicle to serve someone who arrived well after me, citing a “zigzag policy.” Wait, what? If the conversations weren’t so unnecessarily drawn out, then you could maintain some order and process the customers efficiently. I’m fighting morning traffic, as most are, and my time is valuable. Orders should be taken in the order of arrival when possible so customers wouldn’t feel overlooked when you know they were waiting on you first. I calmly complained to the manager, and she was very sweet this morning as she restated the bad policy. This policy may make sense to the employees, but for a customer in a rush, this is a horrible way to start the day.

I just discovered 7 Brew Coffee about a week ago during my road trip to Houston. I had to search which one was the nearest one to me! It's still about a 45 min drive but my husband and I were going to be in the area so we had to come. The drink I get is amazing! It's called the Toasted Coconut Blondie, with an extra shot of espresso because I love it strong. I wish there was a location closer to me!

Nothing worse than driving 20+ minutes for a needed pick-me-up to end up with a drink that’s 95% milk. I ordered and paid for 3 espresso shots and this is not it.

The coffee at 7 Brew is fantastic. They make the coconut mocca so flavorful and just the way we like it. The staff are so personable and friendly at both locations we have been to. If we see one on our travels, we have to stop. You have to go!!!
Best coffee/refreshers in the world ! Better and affordable than Starbucks ! Got my family of five drinks less than $14 ! The best Hands down !

Great drinks! I always get a mix up with my alternative milk, I usually ask for oat milk due to being lactose intolerant but they always mess it up. Again I love the coffee which is why I come here often but the employees just need a little more direction. Line is super long when I go which I understand but waiting 45 min is a little much, and that time started once my order was placed btw.
