From the first bite, this Guatemalan breakfast made me feel at home. Well-seasoned refried beans, with that smoky flavor that only a Guatemalan grandmother can impart. The fried eggs, perfectly cooked, accompanied by golden-brown plantains and fresh cheese, together make a simply perfect combination.

The warm tortillas, fresh off the griddle, were the silent star of the dish—soft, yet full of character. And to top it all off, a mountain coffee that smells of village mornings and hard work. It's not just food, it's identity, it's pride, it's Guatemala served on a plate.

Ideal for starting the day with energy and authentic flavor. If you want to try what they really eat in the heart of the country, this breakfast can't fail.

Small business. I am from western Guatemala. different flavor of food. I do not discredit the place because not all regions of Guatemala are the same.

We were here Thursday morning
The tamales did not taste good, the menu that the waitress gave us said that the prices of each tamale were $3.50 when we went to pay the price was different for each item
And on top of that, the receipt didn't have the name of everything we had ordered.
We also ordered chuchitos and the only thing the waitress could tell us was that she didn't have any.
We couldn't even drink the coffee, it tasted bad and was too sour.
The quality of the food is not worth the prices.

I came to have breakfast and wow what an exquisite meal, with a chapin seasoning that took me back to Guatemala, I highly recommend the cheese bread, too delicious, the coffee not to mention, I also found Sukrol which are vitamins that I took in Guatemala and they are Great, I definitely recommend it and I invite you to come and eat. I brought Roasted Chicken Broth and I just tried it and I already wanted to eat it all.

Being born to a mother of Guatemalan background, my family and I were excited to visit Agua Blanca, however this changed once we finally decided to make the visit. The food experience at this establishment felt short to meet even modest expectations. Despite the promising menu descriptions, the execution fell flat from what I was anticipating. I ordered the Churrasco. The saltiness of the meat was extremely overwhelming, easily powering over the other sides. The flavors from the other sides were entirely absent. Their menu was outdated and claimed all their prices were now different and the updated price was to be taken when we received the check. The atmosphere of the establishment did little to compensate for the food and price. While the decor attempted to exude an air of culture and coziness, it ultimately felt uninspired. Overall, the food left my family and I feeling disappointed, mislead by the prices, and the atmosphere failed to create a memorable dining environment.

Given the level of dissatisfaction we have experienced I hope they take action to address this issue. First of all, the menu they gave us has a price and when it comes to paying they give you other prices. That's not good for a consumer. Secondly the food prices are very high for the quality of the food. Thirdly, the food was too salty, too much salt. The seasonings were salt only. It's a restaurant scam. It was a robbery. I don't patch it up to anyone.
