Loved checking this place when we were in town. The kids loved watching the fresh custard be made. Unlike other reviews, I had plenty of hot fudge in my jackhammer. The kids loved the worms and dirt sundae and my husband’s blackberry shake was a hit with the toddler.
Andy's failed this time around. Staff was friendly but the product was not worth the price I paid. How is it the small that I paid for was overflowing, but the regular size I paid for was the same amount as the small (see photos). I reached out to them via their website the day of my visit 6/1/25 and, to date, no reply. I guess they only reply to the 5 star reviews? I've visited this location numerous times before and never had a problem. The price vs product ratio is normally top tier, and every photo of the product I've seen (on these reviews) further proves this fact. Not sure what happened this time.
Bad service
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Great ice cream
I came on Saturday 5/24/25 and ordered a medium nutty waffle crunch. I paid at the window and when I received my cup, it wasn't filled and it was messy full of chocolate on it. They put napkins on it trying to cover it up as if I couldn't see it smh. I'll go to another location that gives better service.
Have yo ho back 100 more times to try all their delicious flavors. Friendly staff.

I usually just review the food for these type of establishments but every once in a while service and the atmosphere stand out so much I can’t help but notice and admire. This company does everything in excellence - it is respectable. They do a lot for and with the community, take action in making changes when necessary, value their customers, AND their frozen custard taste and the variety they offer is so good. They are truly set apart from other competitors. It’s a top pick for my friends too! Try the apple pie sundae - one of my favorites!

Everything a 10 from the customer service to how fast they were to make my order. It was my first time trying Andy’s tonight & luckily this location is very close to my home because I will definitely be coming a couple times throughout the week. It was delicious. I got the Oreo shake!! I can’t wait to try other treats!

It’s always a delicious experience going to Andy’s.
I tried their new flavors, the orange freeze and key lime concrete, and they were both yummy and perfect for the hot Texas summers.
I really enjoyed the key lime pie chunks and the orange freeze tasted like a creamsicle shake. My all time favorite though is their strawberry shortcake, but wasn’t in season.
Definitely make a stop at Andy’s for some yummy custard!!

Usually pretty good service but, this time not so much order a large root beer float :was in a large cup but only about a small amount of product once the foam went down. Also order chocolate concrete with hot fudge peanut butter and browine got vanilla concrete with hot fundge sauce, she did offer to redue the Chocolate but kept..more upset with paying$9 for a $3 float.
The custard here is good and the staff has always been friendly. Be sure NOT to order any L it's basically the same thing as an M. It's the EXACT same amount of ice cream. Once I put my spoon in, it was mostly an empty cup. I was disappointed and have never ordered an L since.

Andy's is the BEST custard I have ever had. It beats Culver's by miles! Very creamy. I love the concretes! We come to Andy's in Frisco every time we come for a doctor's visit. Drove to the Bartonville location b/c it said "new". Well it was not open! It's coming soon!!
