I’ve been coming to the location since they opened and the ice cream is always melted. They first told me the equipment was going to be repaired it is getting worse. I have to go to other nearby Andy’s. I will not be coming back until it’s fixed I know a lot of other people who feel the same way

Updating my review. We frequent this location quite a bit and it just continues to go down hill. I asked for a cup of water and was told they no longer do that. Aren't restaurants required to provide water?The cashier was super friendly and custard was good as usual.

The OKC location was so amazing, this place is very fast, but quality is sacrificed. We had giant globs of goo that weren't even a little mixed up and the ice cream was melted already... Concrete isn't supposed to be soup.
