Food was great. Service not so much. We are from out of state and came here to eat as Applebees is a familiar food chain. I think we were here for over an hour and it took 10 minutes to eat and the rest was waiting for someone to take our order and then bring out our food. Won't be returning.

I tried to give this place multiple chances because I had no problem with the food, but the service is some of the worst I have ever gotten. It is like every server, bartender and manager is allergic to making money here. No one checks to see if you want/need anything else, it feels like the vibe is that the customer's are a nuisance to the staff and they just simply can't be bothered to serve you. I love Applebee's as a brand but the Front of House in this location is clearly managed poorly and staffed with people that do not know or care about what they are doing. Would definitely not recommend coming here unless you are ordering your food To-Go.

The food is good here but oh my God the service is actually really bad. I literally asked for a refill when we received our appetizers and have not gotten any service since. It's been about 20 minutes since we got our refills. The place is not even close to being busy either. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. You can tell it's either understaffed or some tables are prioritized more than others. And just realized our waitress is also having to bus her own table. Applebee's get it together.

If you are a door dash driver avoid orders to this restaurant on late night Monday nights. The bartender tonight was very dishonest, and made me look the same to a customer. Because they refused to include the beverage my customer ordered

UPDATE: Its now 2025, I did a mobile order. They forgot my entree, gave me burnt chips and under half filled up of Spanish dip. Still disappointed Last visit: 10/23/20 /ToGo order Trash rude bartenders(young lady with the trash wig) Food was trash also I ordered two steaks that I wasn’t Satisfied, the broccoli was warm and hard. The whole management needs to be thrown away, everytime I give this location a chance they never fail.

Didn't know a ribeye could be bad. Ribeye is like ice cream. some are better than others. Hard to be bad but it was. Not to mention the mash potatoes had a couple long hairs in them. Terrible .
