Apsara Thai and Cambodian offers a variety of delicious dishes with generous portions. The Pad see ew is a favorite, packed with broccoli and meat. Customers have enjoyed the Cambodian Lort Cha, a stir-fried noodle plate with a unique sweet taste, and the spicy Pad Thai, which was a tear-inducing but delightful experience. The restaurant specializes in Cambodian and Thai cuisines, making it a great spot to explore new flavors and dishes.
Apsara has different levels for their stir-fried plates, with the menu offering levels from 1 to 9000 for an additional $1.50 per level. Some customers felt this was a way to make them pay more. The Pad Thai level 3 was not spicy enough for one customer, who considered adding shrimp and chicken for an extra $6, but decided against it. Another customer felt the Pad Kee Mao sauce was not prevalent enough, and the noodles were a bit stuck together. However, the service was described as good, with a welcoming atmosphere.
