Not a good day at BB! The snow cones were good as usual, but I made the mistake of ordering their cheesecake on stick. First off the girl handed what I believe to me my slice of cheesecake out the window to another car and they handed it back. The cheesecake is given to you in a paper bowl with NO covering on it….the sauce, yep, in a little plastic cup no covering so when they handed to me the caramel sauce spilled over into my freshly washed car! I asked her if it was the slice they had just handed out and was passed back to them and she denied it. Not sure I believed that! I did ask for a refund and it was given….just know if you ordered cheesecake it is not packed to go or to be passed out the window! Not sure how sanitary that is! 😔

Great location. Drive thru and in-shop experience have been great and I visit quite frequently. My blood is practically made of their syrup. Easy to order and simple service 🩵

So many different options for everyone! Not just sno cones, they have smoothies, sodas, energy drinks, acai bowls, and endless combinations! Love this place!
WOW! This is the absolute best Bahama Buck's location I have ever been to! Staff was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, not just to myself, but every other customer that came in! Extremely clean and totally worth the drive! This location is my new favorite, I will definitely be back!
Edited to responsd to the store's comment: The only reason I made this comment in the first place is instead of the company hearing me out they hastily and rudely told me to leave a review. To clarify, I was standing by the pickup counter because I had placed a to-go order. Other places I frequent (including other Bahama bucks) have similar setups, so my behavior was not peculiar. Since you don't allow pickup orders in the drive-thru, it would be helpful to place a sign indicating where orders should be picked up inside your store, rather than blaming me. Many restaurants/stores have pick up only stations—I am sure you know this. Additionally, my back was not turned; I wish I could see this video, because I vividly remember facing the work space. I stood at the pickup counter for a few minutes and was the only customer in the store at that time (I see you didn’t provide the time I was at the pick-up counter—interesting). At least one of your staff members saw me, and while I can accept that some may not have noticed me, I know for a fact that one staff member did see me and admitted it.
What is disheartening is this commenter’s claim that I was not at the pickup counter when I was clearly standing by the pickup sign. I don't understand why you would provide false information. A more helpful solution-focused response would’ve gone a long way. In the grand scheme of themes, I don’t blame the staff, they are teens/young adults. It’s the owner’s response that is surprising. He is more interested in proving his point than hearing from his loyal customers. And that is evident in his responses to unfavorable reviews. Such a disappointment. Take care!

I went to pick up a to-go order and was not greeted or acknowledged after a few minutes, which I thought was peculiar since I was the only customer in the establishment. An employee passed by me multiple times without saying anything. Assuming my order would be placed in the pickup section, I didn’t make a big deal out of it at first.
Eventually, I decided to get someone’s attention, and the employee retrieved my order from the freezer. I expressed my disappointment that I had waited for an order that was clearly ready, and mentioned that if someone had acknowledged me being there, I could have been in and out. I also pointed out that, despite me clearly standing at the counter and being the only one in the building, no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance.
They mentioned they hadn’t seen me, but I had made eye contact with an employee at least twice. When I asked him directly why he hadn’t said anything, he claimed he didn’t “think” he saw me. I found it hard to understand why he would lie about seeing me, and to me, this felt biased. I can’t help but think would I be treated differently if I looked differently. However, I recognize it may not have been intentional. At the very least though, they could’ve just apologized for not greeting me, that seems like customer service basics. Or simply saying, ma’am have you been helped, considering I’m the only one at the counter.
The shift leader said there wasn't anything she could do to make amends, but she encouraged me to leave a bad review, so that is what I am doing. Lol. And I frequent Bahama Bucks very often and use them for many of my corporate events. I would encourage them to be more aware of their surroundings. And I will be mindful to give grace in the future.

It's a cute place to get a sno-cone. I do love all the options for flavors and add-ons. I was lucky enough to get free basic flavor sno cone with my teacher voucher.
Also, they have some sprinkles and other add-ons that are free, like the chili powder. It goes well with this Mango flavor.

After reading this review nothing has changed. Not even one star I’m not going to stop until something happens. So, back in June I took my nephew for his birthday and I had a horrible experience I asked for my money back and they refused. Fast forward until December 9, 2024 I went though the drive through and Emma she’s actually the manager there she took my order through the drive-through laughing on the headset, the whole time playing with her coworker while taking my order. So pulled up, repeated my order to her. Not only repeat my order three times she still got my order wrong. I asked could she just give me the ice cream that was supposed to come with my order. Not only did she wanted to charge me extra but refused to give me a refund because the snow-cone were melting. After investigating, I received a call from the owner, letting him know what just happened. He then see like he was gonna rush down there to the store to figure out what was going on. He was gonna call me back around a certain time. I said OK fine never heard anything back for follow up and he brush my phone told me he was gonna call me back. Still no update. *** I know what I ordered and if you didn’t have kids running the store then they might have gotten my order correct.*** that’s just like reading this in a child replied back to me.
Heard their açaí bowl was great. I would have loved to try this place but they closed 20mins before the actual close time online. I guess I will never know how it taste ☹️
