The scoops at this location are getting smaller and smaller, and if you order multiple dips, then at least 1 or more scoop tiny. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and from reading other reviews, it's happening a lot!

My daughter’s birthday cake was beautifully done and delicious! We had the confetti crazy cake with Oreo ice cream.

My husband and I go there often share banana split Today we noticed they changed the size of the ice cream scoops to mini. Our banana split was child size for $9.00. We will not be returning.

I visited this location on Friday 4/25 at approximately 3:45p and the door was locked, called the business and asked why the door was locked and the employee was like “ohh” and unlocked the door, I left and took my family and money to Andy’s Frozen Custard across the street,

I had a wonderful experience at Baskin-Robbins today, thanks to the amazing customer service provided by staff member Grace! She was incredibly gentle, polite, and had the warmest smile that made our visit extra special. I took my 8-year-old to buy Ice cream and Grace took the time to talk to us about our favorite options and even offered us a sample before we made our final choice.

Thank you, Grace, for your excellent service and for making our ice cream outing a delightful experience! Baskin-Robbins is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member. We’ll definitely be back!

Great ice cream!!

Whoever was counting the register while they were still open was rude. She did my husband's cup. She slammed the ice cream window shut and the register. Not to mention REALLY under delivered on the ice cream. The other girl was really nice and made mine normal. Should have asked for my husband's ice cream to be filled, but just wanted to get out of there.

ZERO!! ⭐️ We when there bc my daughter wants some ice cream from there . That place look bad, really needs some deep clean and better customer service.

The store is filthy and have a lot boxes stored in different areas in the store. The place has equipment that is evident of needing repair. The place needs a deep cleaning. I don't see how people want to buy ice cream from a store that doesn't have any idea of cleanliness. The staff was courteous despite not purchasing any ice cream.

We went in Sunday July 21 and the man that was in his early 20 never said hello, can I help you, thank you. In a matter of fact he never said anything at all. I thought how rude and unprofessional he was and he does not need to be in that type of job if he can’t speak.
I will never go back there!
