I had a wonderful experience at Baskin-Robbins today, thanks to the amazing customer service provided by staff member Grace! She was incredibly gentle, polite, and had the warmest smile that made our visit extra special. I took my 8-year-old to buy Ice cream and Grace took the time to talk to us about our favorite options and even offered us a sample before we made our final choice.

Thank you, Grace, for your excellent service and for making our ice cream outing a delightful experience! Baskin-Robbins is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member. We’ll definitely be back!

Great ice cream!!

Whoever was counting the register while they were still open was rude. She did my husband's cup. She slammed the ice cream window shut and the register. Not to mention REALLY under delivered on the ice cream. The other girl was really nice and made mine normal. Should have asked for my husband's ice cream to be filled, but just wanted to get out of there.

ZERO!! ⭐️ We when there bc my daughter wants some ice cream from there . That place look bad, really needs some deep clean and better customer service.

The store is filthy and have a lot boxes stored in different areas in the store. The place has equipment that is evident of needing repair. The place needs a deep cleaning. I don't see how people want to buy ice cream from a store that doesn't have any idea of cleanliness. The staff was courteous despite not purchasing any ice cream.

We went in Sunday July 21 and the man that was in his early 20 never said hello, can I help you, thank you. In a matter of fact he never said anything at all. I thought how rude and unprofessional he was and he does not need to be in that type of job if he can’t speak.
I will never go back there!

If I read the reviews, then I would've known this place has smelled badly for YEARS. The trash can next to the door smelt so bad. The whole space had a "dirty bathroom" smell. Management must take this problem seriously. I'm confused about how it could stay open and if it is truly passing health inspections.

I was in a hurry to finish my ice cream so I could leave and NEVER GO BACK!

I like all flavors that I have tried. I normally stop to pick up ice cream (Cherries Jubilee) to take to my Aunt. Recently, I tried Coconut and thought it was real good. Custard has always been one of my favorites.They also sell sugar and cake cones.Most people probably aren't aware that when buying the large to-go carton, if you ask they will give you a few cones for free.

Parking: Located in a strip center with a large health club on one side, a liquor store and restaurant's in close proximity.

Have had this place several times does not disappoint the cake cost about almost 60 dollars but can keep you filled up

Great location, always clean. Staff are always nice. Chocolate fudge ice cream is my favorite there. If that is ever pulled off the menu, I may be in for a sad life as I have never found a flavor close to it. Anywho, always a good experience when we come in.

It smells like bathroom in there. It’s smelled this way for months. Ice cream doesn’t sound good after standing in line to order from the odor.
