They constantly mess up birthday image cakes and blame it on the customer instead of fixing their software or app. I've had 2 different cakes made and I've kept the exact image that was uploaded and they said it came in cut off. The customer service is terrible. I di not recommend the lake ridge store for image cakes.

Called the store two weeks in advanced to order a sheet cake, was told they dont take orders over the phone and that I needed to place the order online and pay for it so that there will be no mess up since it will all be in the system. Placed the order to be picked up 09/21 at 1pm. I got the receipt in my email confirmed everything was right. The day comes, I arrived a roughly at 1:05pm (ita connected to dunkin donuts btw) I got wind that the customer in front of me , his cake order was wrong. I got a gut feeling this wasn't going to go well for me either. I gave my order number, showed my receipt. The worker went to look for it, came back out and he is unable to locate my cake and asked me if I had it for the right location. Again, I showed him the reciept that had all the correct information. He tried to look again, again my cake was no where to be found. He tried calling his manager, to which the manager said they are trying to get a hold of the cake decorator.
It is now 1:25.... way later than I expected to have my cake in hand. This is SO FRUSTRATING. What do u mean you dont have my order ?? I also ALREADY PAID online.
Now the manager is telling me that they are trying to get a hold of the cake decorator.. but then what? How long will it take the cake to finish? I had to be at the party at a certain time... and now I'm running late. I asked if they had ANY similar in size and same flavor cake (I needed cookies & cream on confetti sheet cake) .. they asked if I'll just take a already made cake... Yeah but this means I'm settling for a cake I didnt order, not the size or the flavor and def not freshly made... I took two smaller cakes.
The birthday person that the cake was for, was disappointed. This should not have happened.
No hate to the workers that tried to help, they tried to help where they can but... clearly this is a system error... or something. And should not have occurred.

I was wondering how an ice cream shop could only have 2.1 stars and they did not disappoint in being disappointing. Ordered a banana split and they missed step one, split the banana! And they fell well short of their picture.

I had the pleasure of being served by Erica on 3/24/25 and our experience was amazing! Erica helped me with celebrating my granddaughter’s mini birthday with ice cream and bowls for everyone. Since they were out of my favorite ice cream (Gold Medsl Ribbon) in the cooler , she went into a refrigerator and got out a tub of it and also gave us a scooper to use .
She came over and greeted my family and checked on us to make sure we were ok!
Every time I come to this store they go out of their way to ensure I am taken care of but Erica outdid herself with her hospitality for my grandbaby.

We ordered some simple ice cream items and toppings for delivery. Apparently they were out of everything because we didn’t receive the cherries, m&ms, and cookie dough. Now I see why this location has 2 stars. Should’ve checked here before ordering.

I went through the drive through originally and ordered a kid cone mint chocolate chip the lady said they didn’t have enough to make a kids cone. So I decided to come in and to my surprise it looked like enough to make a kid cone because other ice cream bins you could see the bottom and the sides but ok I decided to get something else and her attitude was just so unwelcoming. The amount you pay for a scoop I could scoop better at home.k understand people have bad days but her demeanor was awful
Placed order online for a polar pizza. Never received confirmation so, I called the store to ensure there were no issues. The woman who answered the phone and I mentioned the same to her. She asked “what order” I gave her my name then, she hung up. I’ve attempted to call back but no one will answer… I see why stars are low for this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible. I ordered two cappuccino blasts. After I paid the employee they told me they were out of vanilla ice cream. I told the young man I wanted a refund because there wasn’t anything else that I wanted. He attempted to call the store manager Stefan multiple times and he never answered the phone. I’m confused why the manager, who’s the only person that can process refunds wasn’t in the store. Absolutely terrible!

Brought my girls for some ice cream. Got them a couple cups with Oreo pieces. Service was quick and music was great. Will be coming coming back. Give them a try they have donuts, teas, coffee, ice cream and more.
