If I could give zero stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible. I ordered two cappuccino blasts. After I paid the employee they told me they were out of vanilla ice cream. I told the young man I wanted a refund because there wasn’t anything else that I wanted. He attempted to call the store manager Stefan multiple times and he never answered the phone. I’m confused why the manager, who’s the only person that can process refunds wasn’t in the store. Absolutely terrible!

Brought my girls for some ice cream. Got them a couple cups with Oreo pieces. Service was quick and music was great. Will be coming coming back. Give them a try they have donuts, teas, coffee, ice cream and more.

Those Baskin-Robbins Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t know where is the headquarter they don’t go and check on the employees. The employees is very bad have a very bad reputation very bad very rude they don’t have no customer service zero customer service.

The young man that waited on us was very attentive and courteous! However, they were out of nuts, hot fudge, cherries, bananas, bottled water, and several standard flavors and the restrooms were locked, lol. The drive thru window is boarded up. A woman, assuming the manager or owner walked in, walked right past customers into the cash register and then walked straight back out. Never spoke to anyone working there or gave a customer greeting. The kid at the counter is trying his best though. This place won't last long.Review updated:District manager reached out and made an offer of sundaes for my family. She owned the issues and stated there's no excuse, it will get better. I look forward to our follow up visit. I'll keep posting.

This a the cake that was presented to me after we ordered and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Called the store and left a message for the manager to call back, to this day we still haven’t gotten a call back. Called corporate and they have yet to call us back.

Don't waste your time! Go to Kroger's instead and make your own. That's what we did. No toppings, no whip cream, no hot fudge, no bananas, etc., etc., etc.! Employee's don't even know what they offer!
This place is horrible!!! don't even bother. Rude employees every single time... we have tried to get any ice cream and they never have Cones lol or specific ice cream flavors, one time I just drove off, today I said let me try one more time as soon as I started ordering "We don't have chocolate cones, just sugar cones" get your place in order. I will never come back. Is true they never have anything. I don't understand why have a ice cream place and don't have anything to serve the customers ? ?

I went to get some I cream and asked for a banana split and was told they didn’t have the container to put it in so then I asked for coffee and was told they didn’t have coffee made so I asked for cold brew and they didn’t have tat either. That wasn’t the only issue. They were very rude. Bad service. No stars at all for them. BAD SERVICE! RUDE PEOPLE!
