Look, I brought my family and they didn't treat the excellent service very well. But the food was pretty lousy. The cook was very pedantic and rude. He needs to change those things that were in the kitchen!! And maybe we will return.

This is the first time ordering food at this restaurant. I thought it was just a drive thru, but it has amazing sitting area. I called and placed my order. Took no time at all to be greeted & pick up food. Wow, the birrieria carne de res was tasty & delicious. Definitely coming back Tuesday $1 tacos! It's the first time I order food at this restaurant. This restaurant has to be one of the worst customer service restaurants I’ve been to. We ordered a menudo and once we had received this plate we had asked for flour tortillas and never received until we were getting ready to leave. I had to ask four different people for an order of tortillas… That wasn’t the worst part… I had to also bring up to all four different waitresses that we had found a piece of plastic in our menudo and not one waitress knew what to do. When asking for silverware their answer was that they were having trouble getting them out and there was nothing they could do so I couldn’t even eat my food. The service here definitely shocked me and will definitely not be returning.
