The little eggrolls they sell outside the restaurant were amazing. I went to get a tray of them and the sign on the door said they were closed due to them not paying the rent. So I don't know if they're still open or not.Parking: It's a shopping center so they have a huge parking lot.

This place is closed down. Came her yesterday and today and it is not open. There's also a paper on the door about locks being changed.

Bistro B is located in Hong Kong Market adjacent to the food court serving up an extensive Vietnamese menu catering to just about anyone's taste buds in a well clean, fine establishment providing superb customer service. We have come here numerous times to eat with friends and family, and each time, the food and service provided have set the bar. The menu they have is a multi page colored food menu with pictures providing a detailed description of the food and prices. They also have the item in Vietnamese and English and will indicate if the dish is spicy or not. The menu consists of Vietnamese dishes, and they have some Thai drunken noodles and Korean short rib rice plates as well. They have a wide range of soups, rice dishes, fried noodles, Vietnamese sandwiches, and more! They also serve Boba tea and coffee as well and even make Vietnamese desserts such as che. If you're dining with a friend or a large group, they serve traditional Vietnamese style meals for a family of 2, 4, 6, and up. These meals consist of a soup such as canh Chua, which comes out in a hotpot with a propane burner, steamed chicken, a salad, fried calamari, and catfish cooked in a clay pot accompanied by a big bowl of steamed jasmine rice. There are multiple options to choose from, but this is the standard family meal we usually get. They are always running specials such as buying 2 Pho ( beef or chicken) and getting the 3rd for free. They also run specials on drinks and desserts as well and have fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.Bistro B is a great spot to dine in for some great Vietnamse classics with an abundant menu to choose from. The prices are fair and average, and the food time is always under 15 minutes or less, providing quality food for their guest. I'm looking forward to coming back again and trying something different from the menu, such as maybe a rice plate or one of the many snail dishes they have.

My family usually comes here all the time after church or just after shopping. Usually the food here is really good, but as of recently the quality has gone down. We got the Bun Thit and Korean Short rib rice plate. The Bun Thit was not as good because it tasted really oily, almost like they deep fried it, and the Short Ribs were really chewy.

We also had 3 pho soups since it was buy 2 get one. next time want to try the same special with the sandwiches. Everything was so flavorful. Most extensive menu i have seen -- about 500 offerings. My husband and i will put into our regular rotation.

Offering the average rating it already has. This place has a wide range of food available and it all looks delicious. The service wasn’t great but they had 2 waiters servicing everyone so it’s understandable. Glad I was made aware of what in the menu wasn’t available but everything turned out great! Hope to be back soon.
