Never again will I visit this location. I'm here now and when you walk in these folk don't even speak. I get you're busy but at least acknowledge your customers. I've given them a 3rd chance and they still can't get it right. I'll take my business elsewhere.

There were only 2 workers there, but that didn’t deter them from proving impeccable service. The wait time wasn’t long and they held it down!! I was greeted as I entered and as I left. Kuddos to the two workers.

I like Blaze because it offers unlimited toppings, which lets me customize my pizza exactly the way I want every time. Karen was wonderful . Service with a smile! I'm a Chicago and and I love my pizzas cut in squares. The team ensured my pizza was delivered to my specification and satisfaction. I will DEFINITELY return to this Grand Prairie location.

Horrible customer service! Went in and out because they took care of everyone else but us when we’d were in line first, place was almost empty too so I don’t know why they didn’t take care of us.

This blaze pizza is the bomb.com with Monica and Karen and not that kind lol. Eddie likes to be called quick. They are personable and they have good attitudes and good customer service during these times… Everyone was quite nice and y’all need to come visit Blaze pizza at the Grand Prairie location. If y’all don’t know you better recognize. 😊

I don’t know why there are not more blaze pizzas around they’re amazing. They make you a pizza on the spot you get to choose your topping. They have all different varieties. They even have drive-through you can order ahead and damn it’s really good. I wish there were more around in Texas

Blaze is a great place for some really good and unique pizza. They have a bunch of toppings, cheese and sauces you can put on your pizza. They also have bread sticks, and a couple of desserts and salads. I go here a lot when I do want something fresh and different in my pizza armory.
