King Crab House

Came here to eat today and in the middle of eating I went to the restroom and when I came back, all my food was gone. I’m standing at my table asking the employees that were cleaning up the tables around me, where did my food go and they just looked at me as if they didn’t understand what I was asking them, then the waiter comes, hands me the check and ask are you ready to pay and I said apparently, since y’all took away my food, I wasn’t even finished, I went to the restroom. He responded “yeah I know” and walked away. Smh..Just terrible. crab legs were definitely mid. A couple crab legs had no crab meat and they’re greedy with the melted butter. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor would I recommend it anyone.

The food was lukewarm and the service was pretty average. Beware of ROACHES, after my friend and I washed our hands after eating we noticed a dead roach in the sink.

Ehh. Told the waitress it was our first time (my daughter’s first time trying crab) and she didn’t try to make our experience better. She kind of had an attitude but we still tipped decent 20-25% bc my brother is in the food industry & had heart. Her attitude changed after that! She got lucky cuz I was gonna give her a 10% tip. Cups ran dry a few times. We won’t be going back.

Recommended dishes: Snow Crab Legs 1 2 lb Sausage, Cajun Fries, Chicken Wings

First time. I'll say up front that the only downside was the hard surfaces that does nothing to mitigate noise - a plague that food places has been insisting on for years. Don't plan on a quiet conversation.
The food was outstanding. I had the castfish/shrimp basket which was generous enough to take home for a lunch. The fish and the shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. My date also enjoyed her food.
The service was great. Attentive and prompt. The only downside was the server was a bit quiet, which was a challenge in the aforementioned architecture.
Definitely will be back!

I do not recommend this place. The food is horrible. It’s either greasy, too salty, burn bread or spoiled. The sweet tea is too sweet for the pallet. I have tried the place twice and I am now done and over it!

I love this place. We have been going for years now. It’s our preferred crab boil. We have been to others but this place gives you plenty for your $$$. We always order the fried shrimp with Cajun fries as appetizer and they never disappoint. Snow crab, mussels and shrimp crab boil with potatoes and corn always hit the spot. Totally recommend.

Great service! Very kind and attentive server. The food however, NOT BAD! Just not great. I feel like the crab was extremely skinny and the flavor wasn't very great. It was strong but it was just like a big mix of seasonings, with no flavoring intention, if you know what I mean..?
