I really like this location and the manager Laura is very nice. I come once a week with my kids. And they are so welcome in and the restaurant is clean.

The guy drive tru very rude. He has a mustache. If people don't like their jobs they need to be some where else. I order cheese sticks and I didn't get it.i always go there and don't get problems from the worker. The manager needs to get some else.

Apocalypticaly unimpressive, food wise. It was dry and 2 Lil ol bitty pieces of bacon. Plus for some reason the app wasn't working either. Order was correct with expedient service. It's like bk scienced the ish out of it. Less ketchup, less mustard, smaller burgers, cheaper dry buns. Like it's McDonald's. Next time I will be heading to McDonald's

I come to this location very often , multi times a month . On Christmas Eve , I order food & was stated to drive to the door . I proceeded to walk inside because the drink was not good . I did ask what was the reason for me moving out of the drive way when no one was in line or behind me , she stated it’s our policy , the manager Susan changed out my drink and handed me my food , I checked my food and stated to her the sandwiches were soggy . She told me she would not remake them and she would return my money , very sad that I have two little kids with me , also it is Christmas Eve . I would love talk to a manager over her . That was very rude for no reason and I come to this location A LOT and my face is very familiar to her . It is all about customer service .
Oh my goodness. Drive thru order and my husband and I both had cold burgers . I ordered the jr burger fries and diet drink. Nasty. Diet Dr Pepper has no ice and really watered down . My stomach hurts. Makes me sad . Please hire people that care about making fresh foods. Over the years kept giving them a chance. Never again

The food is good and hot....but, Waited at the drive thru to order for 10 minutes, then waited at the window for almost 10 minutes. Went to this location once before with the same wait times and decided to give it another chance, but same result. I won't be going back.
