Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes to even be able to order in the drive thru when there was only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to place my order he asked me to wait. I sat there another 9 minutes. Then I was able to place my order. I ordered the double cheeseburger large combo meal and asked if he could put my pickles and onions on side he said they can't do that. I said thats the first time yall ever told us that we come here all the time. You would think waiting all that time you would do that. Plus this is the first time we've been told that. Never coming back. I went to McDonald's down the street and they had no issues doing that. I was in the drive thru about 7:55pm. Whoever the young man was takimg orders needs some training. Choose your battles. We will never be back

The guy drive tru very rude. He has a mustache. If people don't like their jobs they need to be some where else. I order cheese sticks and I didn't get it.i always go there and don't get problems from the worker. The manager needs to get some else.

Apocalypticaly unimpressive, food wise. It was dry and 2 Lil ol bitty pieces of bacon. Plus for some reason the app wasn't working either. Order was correct with expedient service. It's like bk scienced the ish out of it. Less ketchup, less mustard, smaller burgers, cheaper dry buns. Like it's McDonald's. Next time I will be heading to McDonald's
