They won’t answer the drive thru forcing customers to leave. Literally just the saw the drive thru girl sitting outside in a truck with clusters waiting.

The DP machine was empty which they didn’t warn us of and when we asked for a change on our ticket subtracting the drinks they were unable to do it because there was no manager present.

This lady is horrible . I asked for a 8 piece mozz stick fresh then she gives it to me not fresh then I go back around ask for it fresh and she get mad take it then tell me to wait so I go inside to wait for it and she got mad and told me she not serving me which makes no sense then I repeatedly got yelled at and cussed at and she was threatening to fight me over mozz sticks that takes 2 mins to make !! She’s so horrible!! And I will never come back to this location in my life !!!!!

I rarely have given a low review, but honestly come here for a fast bite and find the person at the register having an attitude not even making eye contact. I had the gastric bypass done and got a kids meal for the soft serve instead of the toy and they put the toy in my bag. I returned it because I didn't want to take a toy from a kid. Gave it to her she rolled her eyes and literally threw it on the counter. People need to understand that providing customer service is part of the job. I dont know what is wrong with humanity. Very little spark and happiness. I will NEVER go back to this BK. So rude

You can’t use your mobile app at the location on greater Southwest and 20 to earn the points. I say in the drive-through today for 20 minutes just To get home and my burger was wrong. This place is always a struggle to deal with.

My husband went to get food, it took them 40 minutes to bring the food out, and they throw the fries in the bag, my husband order #5 with no mustard, no pickles or no onions, and they gave him mustard. One of managers or employees was telling the new employee what to do, if the person mess up that will be on them cause they are new and it’s okay but having someone telling what to do that been there longer shouldn’t have gotten in the way. Y’all need to fix this, everyone look confused on what to do.

This location is clearly understaffed, and it shows. The district manager needs to listen to his crew and take customer concerns seriously. When customers raise an issue, the response shouldn’t be, “Do you know someone looking for a job?” That’s not an acceptable response. The store manager actually provided a reasonable fix to the staffing problem — closing the lobby and focusing on the drive-thru (or vice versa) — but the district manager chose to ignore it. Poor analysis and decision-making at the district level are directly impacting both employees and customers.
Store manager and the young lady taking order I give them 5 stars. Store manager did everything to get orders out in a timely manner.

Sign says open for dine in but all the doors are locked, but people are inside eating? I guess only the family of crew members are allowed to eat inside. Not the first time happening to me. Location is trash
