I've been here a few times & something is always off. This time it was a long wait & poor customer service. Owners or management really need to step in & do a better job in choosing who they have working for them. Because they really are pushing customers away. Oh & don't order online because even if you do to help the process they act like they have no clue on how it works.

I ordered from their value menu. When I got the fries and drove off I didn't realize that they were warm. I couldn't turn around to have them remake me some hot fries since I was on a time schedule to get to an appointment. I'm not sure if I will come back to this location when I'm in the area.

Don’t eat here we where eating and a huge water roach was flying over the registers and went to the wall we told the girls and they where just looking at it laughing it was so disgusting and it’s super cold in there can you imagine how many more water roaches will be coming out it made me sick to my stomach I didn’t even eat

So they are out of Orange juice, Dr Pepper. All they have to drink is Fanta Orange. I ordered a kids burger, fries and Drink. Water. She said it wasn't a kids meal. So she made me pay 1.29 for a toy (cup) They don't have ice cream cones. Because their ice cream has always been too runny and it melts the cone. Looks like someone higher up needs to come straighten things out here. For what we paid. It wasn't worth it.

Amazing play area. Good food. But looks like they clean the play area never. I would surprised if it’s cleaned once a month based on how it looks current.

They gave me my food when it was ready. When my drink was missing, i asked about it and the woman in charge told me it would take 15 minites for them to brew unsweet tea and she was unaplogetic about it. After they gave me my food, they were not going to tell me my drink wouldnt be ready for another 15 minutes. Since this woman seemed stupid enough to assume i could eat my meal without anything to wash it down with, i had to ask for water, and the cost of my tea to get refunded, before my food would get too cold. She took a little long getting this taking care of with an unapologetic demeanor and attitude without care in the world. The only reason i didnt give my experience a lower raring was because the food was okay. It was this Sunday at 12:30 when i visited this place.

What’s with BK these days? No one will answer the drive up order board for 8-10 minutes. We just drive off. It’s a regular occurrence so we’ve stopped going to this restaurant. It seems so many BK’s in the area are firm on bad service or no service.

Just moved to Grand Prairie, first time at this location and the ladies were super friendly, and the food was great☺️
Store was clean, they gave me a single cheeseburger instead of a double, they fixed it and it was super fresh and good
