Nice atmosphere, everyone was very pleasent and they were all checking in on all customers. Food was great and came out super fast despite it being busy. I like how they show the food to the customer to make sure it's correct. Manager on duty today was helpful to her employees and had the place flowing smoothly 👌.

When I tell you Captain D's could never get another dollar from me I went and ordered what I thought was a two-piece fish fillet in reality it was one fillet cut in half... so when did Captain D's start doing that I basically had two long fish sticks ridiculous the prices going up but the amount and quality has terribly declined.

I already knew what it was when I pulled up to the drive through and sat there for a few minutes and nobody said anything. Then I sad hello and then somebody answered. So I just drove off.
Years back, Captain D's fish was very good. It had more of a triangular shape and the sizes were fairly big. What hurt them back then was their tarter sauce wasn't complementary with the fish. I tried it today and the fish isn't bad, but it left a greasy taste in my mouth that isn't going away. The tartar sauce wasn't bad, but still not the best to have with fish. The French fries were pretty close to raw with the color of a fry. They weren't all that good, but edible when you're hungry. I only could chew about half of them and quit. The hush puppies were pretty good. I would have given this a 2 1/2 star if I could have. I won't be back unfortunately. If the fish didn't leave the lingering grease taste and feeling in my mouth, I'd come back for more. It's sad 😢.

Customer service is horrible! I asked for a cup of ice a crumbs and she told me I had to order an entire meal to get it. Why she couldn't just charge for what I asked for is beyond me. I won't return that's for sure.

Bad taste the food had a very bad taste to it. It tastes the oil in the fish and the shrimp had one bite of the fish which I got two fillets had one bite of the shrimp one bite of the hush puppies three the whole thing away!! The staff was very nice ,service was just fine, it was just the food:-(
