1st time review.... Upon arriving at Chapps Burger, I noticed the place was quite spacious, giving off an impression of being a bustling spot. I decided to try their Turkey Burger with onion rings, accompanied by a side of ranch dressing. The burger was well-toasted, and I truly appreciated how the onions and cheese melded together beautifully. That fresh tomato added a nice touch. The generous trays they provide are great for keeping your eating area organized, which I found helpful.

I also picked up two pies: a buttermilk and a cream cheese pecan. Both desserts were satisfying, and the drinks complemented the meal well. As for cleanliness, I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5. There were a few areas that could have used a bit more attention, but overall, it wasn't a deal-breaker. The wait time was reasonable, and my wife had a pleasant experience using the facilities – no issues there.

Initially, I would've rated them a solid 4.5, but seeing how the staff consistently cleaned and maintained the environment as i sat eating, bumped my rating up to a 4.8 out of 5. Overall, Chapps Burger is a worthy spot for a quick bite. Salute to Chapps Burgers! ?

Seemed like they may have been a little understaffed as there were several dirty tables in need of bussing. Food was great as usual but is a little on the pricey side especially when portion size is taken into account. Will be back again though.
