The burgers were super delicious!It was actually breakfast for me.I got the knock out burger which had egg on it.I got a dinner salad with it with honey Dijon dressing.I used the dressing in my burger too. It was super good. ?If you want a real burger that taste awesome, I highly recommend this place!

All the food specially the hamburgers, have delicious taste. The atmosphere it’s pretty good, and the service is good but they take too long to get your food ready. They are a little bit overpriced for the amount of food that you get. Staff is nice and friendly!
Price shocked. $16+ for a burger and a drink. Drink was fairly priced albeit a little high for a 16oz cup at $2.99. but $12+ for a burger or sandwich is a bit high in my opinion, mind you that is without fries or any side item. For the price I'd really expected a larger sandwich but look at the photo, the pineapple was thicker than the grilled chicken, disappointing. Also, I get tired of everywhere asking for a tip. On a side note why is the cashier wearing a mask? The plague has ended and that gigantic plexiglass force shield should keep anything away from her (or me?). Probably wouldn't come back because of this. I wouldn't recommend this place either as there are better burgers/sandwich shops that give you better portions at a more fair price. Burger fries and drink easily cost you $20+/person. It did taste good but the price sours it for me.

I stood at the counter for five minutes, waiting to have someone take my order. The girl behind the counter finally acknowledged me and said, "I'll be with you in a minute." Her tone was like she was scolding me.I replied, "You won't be with me in a minute."I left hungry.Thank you, Chapps, for your reply. That is a good start. My dad's favorite when he was still with us. I think of my dad every time I see a Chapps, such good memories. My dad always had really good taste in food and it's no surprise he loved these hamburgers. He was very particular about the way he liked his hamburger: mustard, no mayo! This and another location close by were always on his list of places to go.The meat is consistently good and juicy. My favorite one is the mushrooms one, very hearty. I like that it's a pretty laid back atmosphere with no pretenses, just good food.I know more people will become loyal customers after they discover it, sometimes it can be easy to overlook a restaurant because it is in a shopping center competing with other businesses and a hamburger place can be relatively non-descriptive but this is a local treasure.Looking forward to many more memories eating at Chapps.

No wifi available. Several tables were dirty with no customers in the place. The employee was behind the counter and appeared bored. We did not stay as we were looking for a place to have a one on one meeting and needed wifi.
