I am usually never one to complain, but this entire restaurant needs to be evaluated and retrained. The management here clearly does not know how to operate a restaurant that and customer service is the lease of their concern. Ever time , i place a to go order , i do mean EVERY time . When i get to the restaurant i have search for someone to help me and then wait an additional 20-30 mins just to get food i ordered a hour ago. I could understand if it was Sunday and place was packed, but the restaurant be empty. Maybe 10 tables had people at them so i don’t understand the extremely long wait times . That’s very inconvenient for those of us who order ahead plenty of time and still have to get to the restaurant and wait additional time.

On Sunday, we went to celebrate a family members 92nd birthday. We had a large party, with only one waitress. My mom ordered the monte cristo, which came out burnt. She sent it back but decided to get her food to go for lunch the next day considering the time lapse. What you see in the pictures is what she found while biting into her sandwich on her lunch break the next day. A whole order slip was deep fried into her sandwich. The general manager didn't care when she called, blew it off as if it was just a simple mistake. Told her they couldn't give her money back and not to bring the sandwich back in to see that she wasnt just making something up. Corporate office said they would call back...but haven't. So since they didnt want to see the their mistake, I will let everyone else see. #ChokingHazard #Unsanitary #Rude

i love the steak here, it’s amazingggg!!! the service was good too, they’re pretty nice! medium rare is perfect. Must try Hawaiian Sirloin!

The food was great and the people were nice. Our server could have been a tad more attentive, but she was nice. The manager had her ship running well. I hadn't eaten at cheddars in years. Turns out I was going to the wrong one, lol. I will definitely be back, and I hope the food continues to be good. I will definitely get pictures and even video next time. I went on a Sunday ao it was quite busy and I quite hungry lol.

We waited for 20 minutes for a server and one never came. The restaurant was pretty slow being it was around 6pm. We left and went elsewhere. If the quality of their service is any indication of the quality of their food we almost assuredly avoided food poisoning. Note: staff informed me the missing waitress was someone named Ciji.

Pick and over the phone service is the worst transferred to like 3 different hostesses telling to hold on each time until I just drove there and placed the order in person and that was no better either

Food was not delicious the chicken fried steak was half batter ,the broccoli rice ,had more cheese than any other I've had!
The only thing good is that me and my friend had a good talk.

The waiter was great! We ordered the sante fe spinach dip and it was delicious. The complimentary croissants were great too. We ordered some drinks from the bar and even those were great. However, the low rating for service wasn't due to our waiter. He did a good job. But we ordered our entrees, my wife the whitefish and I ordered the salmon and shrimp. After about 45 minutes I asked for the entrees to go. We had somewhere to be and had already been in the restaurant for over an hour. About 10 minutes later our entrees came out. Since everything was already packed to go we decided to try everything. The broccoli casserole was great. The house salad was great too. My salmon was completely dry and overcooked. I assume that my salmon was done quickly and sat under the heat while they went fishing for my wife's whitefish. Her fish was great. Perfectly cooked. I was highly disappointed in my dish as both the shrimp and salmon were literally dry and rubbery from sitting under the heat for almost an hour. We won't be returning. It was fun. But not because the food was great. I'm not sure what the breakdown was but the kitchen needs better guidance. If you order something that should take less than 12 minutes to cook watch the timer. There were guests that were seated after us and already had steaks, pastas, etc and we're leaving before we got fish entrees. At least we gave em a try. Cool place. Needs better leadership.
