Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The waiter was good, but the kitchen was off their game, possibly training someone. Normally their croissant are fluffy, but this time they were flat like pancakes. It took 48 minutes to get our food after orderer!

We had the best waitress! She introduced herself as Red & worked the bar area. We were having a bad day & she helped cheer us up. She makes a great Painkiller! Would love to sit in her area if we were to visit again but we are not from this area unfortunately.

This location was the worse one I have ever been to. Everything we ordered had to change because they said they were out of everything at 7pm. Service was slow and only one hostess for a party of 15.

The food was great. That was about it. It would’ve been a much more pleasant experience had our server- a bar tender- had been at all attentive to our needs. Not only did she ring up one our dishes incorrectly so the portions were wrong and some of the food incorrect, but she didn’t even refill our drinks. When we asked for a refill and it was wrong, she was visibly annoyed and was flippant behind the bar. She never ended up returning with it. She didn’t check in on us for thirty minutes after dropping off our food. She only had three tables- including us- and two people at the bar. Yet she checked on everyone excluding us multiple times. We were the youngest people there and she seemed to have no respect for us, regardless of our polite tones, requests, and the fact we remained quiet. We didn’t stir up a fuss.

Sad that I have to write this review. Used to love Cheddars. The service here is awful. Came in and got seated right away, but only a few tables were occupied. Sat there for 15 minutes and no one came over to take our order. So we got up and left. No one said anything as we walked out except have a nice day.

The restaurant hasn't changed in at least a decade and could use some upgrades but the food was actually really good. I got a vegetable plate and it was very satisfying. The broccoli was cooked and perfectly seasoned. The wait wasn't too bad despite being the Sunday-after-church crowd.

Our server was very good despite an order mishap that was no fault of hers. I wish I remembered her name. The manager was kind enough to offer to make amends.

Waited very patiently for 20 minutes before we decided to leave because no one ever came to wait on us.. several waiters walked past our table several times and looked at us but never acknowledged us. When I told the host that no one ever came she just said okay.. also they were not busy
