Absolutely love chickfila it is my favourite restaurant. But this is the fourth time they’ve missed my order of fries. It’s just one order of fries and my order always consists of 2 combos because the other one always gets a soup. I don’t think it should be that hard to miss :(

I places a mobile drive thru order. I waited in the line about 6 minutes just to tell them I had a drive thru order. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes after receiving my order to get my peppermint coffee. Just a lot of time spent even though I used the app.

I love this location but lately I've been served burn bread. I told the young lady who took my order and it was nothing she could do about it. One day I said something and they didn't toast the bread at all. Next time, just give me the bread and I'll toast it when I get home.

My kids favorite place to be, we visit at least twice a week. Always good rewards with their app too and the service is excellent.
I like that this drive-thru walks your food out to the car instead of passing it through a window—nice touch and it keeps things moving. Unfortunately, one of our breakfast sandwiches came with bacon even though our receipt didn’t list bacon. We only noticed after we’d already left, so it was either a kitchen error or a handoff mix-up. For guests with dietary restrictions, this matters. Please double-check orders at handoff and confirm ingredients—everything else was fine.

Bottom bun was cold and hard and the Mgr acted like he did not care at Chick-fil-A in Grand Prairie on Camp Wisdom and Hwy 360. They were more concerned about getting me out the lobby so they could close at 9pm! Sorry service and unappealing sandwich! Won't be eating there again!

I typically don’t complain about food. Arrived around 9p. Waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead and it took approximately 7 minutes. My grilled chicken sandwich was ice cold and fries at best were lukewarm. I have eaten here almost 10 years

I love chick fil a! Never had a bad experience until today. Not sure if the person making the food is new but everything we got was and/flavorless. The fries had no flavor so they tried to mask it by DRENCHING the fries in salt. It was so disgusting i had to throw the fries out. The chicken also had no flavor and was very very hard.
I couldnt go back to speak with someone at the restaurant but just hoping this reaches the correct person.
