I placed an online order for breakfast and when I arrived it was before 1030 to pick it up... by the time the attendant got to my car it was 1031 and they told me they were out of chicken biscuits... and online orders for breakfast are canceled even placed before 1030 even if you arrive in line before 1030... if they haven't gotten to you until that time they will cancel it. Now I'm stuck in this line for no reason and I've been here much longer than usual.

Don’t go to this Location if you want your order correctly, seems like this location forgets everything. Been twice in the drive thru due to my order missing condiments and a 8 nugget box.Spoke to Emily on the phone she was no help at all.Everyone seems to be lost.Go to Panda next door they won’t mess up your order multiple times.

Just posting so people will see the update about the Labor Day hours. It was closed up and dark by 5 PM, although the Chick-fil-A app and Google maps says it is open until nine even on Labor Day. Other than that, this is a great place/location

Don't go to this location if u want your food correctly ordered. Went to the drive thru, the 2 guys seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than taking orders. He was fast but it was wrong, he never read my order back so I didn't catch it til I was on the highway. The inside people made the order per the receipt so it really comes down to the guy taking the order.

I have been here just a few times always been very good service, today there have been power issues locally for the restaurant so an online order didn't work properly so I went and ordered in person, drive thru was down so went inside, all the staff were very nice, I really didn't wait any longer than normal but the manager was very kind to hand out a few gift cards one of which was given to me and I thought it was very kind and thoughtful so I wrote u guys a review but also to say you really didn't have to do that always felt staff have been very good here overall appreciate all of you thanks ?? the name on the card for the manager is Robin Harris
