I just want to say, not sure what is happening at this Chicken Express but I went through the drive- through at around 7:30 pm today, September 12th, and the lady that took my order was amazing and the gentleman that brought me my order was so polite.... The most awesome customer service that I can recall in awhile!!!!! Keep up whatever changes you have made and make sure they have a raise when due..... I do not do surveys very often but I had to make a point this evening! Love the service!!!! Good job!

Food was good service was........good. but they don't have fresh lemons and the packets of juice are nasty. Actually foul. Rancid juice you can taste the preservative a lot. Hopefully they will get fresh lemons soon.

Yall gotta fix the mic or get someone else on the mic cause when I say that I want a 15 piece spicy tender with mashed potatoes and fries, I expect to get what I ordered. Not a #1 Meal. When I told the lady at the window to correct my order she still got it wrong. She gave me maccaroni instead of mashed potatoes. Wake up and just give me what I wanted please.

Chicken had definately been siittinng under the heat lamps for God. Knows how long. It was very dry and cold by the time we took it to our table and we dined in.

Horrible all around. Never coming to this location again. Ordered my food and they told me it would be ready at 3:10. I get there and it’s not even ready. She told me to pull up to the drive through spot and said it’s going to be a while. I waited 20 minutes still no food!!!! I go inside and my food is just sitting there not even done. I said I’ve been waiting on my food for a while now and they were still working on it but it showed that it was ready. Then no apologies or anything. The guy said I’ll get y’all’s drinks and he was wiping his nose with his hands!!! We need more older people in these environments. This place is filled with teenagers
