I drove to the location in Grand Prairie on Lake Ridge and arrived at 9:45pm. I looked to see what time they closed. It was 10pm. I noticed 1 black truck the window and all lights were on. I sat there waiting to be greeted and no one asked for my order. A few minutes later, they turned the inside lights off. I drove around and the black truck was gone. I didn't have a large order. I have worked fast food before and we never closed 15 minutes early.

Had 11 people eat in and received good service overall. They were recovering from a couple of stressful customer interactions - one before and one after me. Windows needed to be cleaned badly, but the cashier was doing a window at a time, trying to get them cleared up.

After three times repeating my order, they didn't give me the complete order.Asked for Two biscuits, they only gave me One. (And itwas Rock Solid)And the Mashed potatoes were Rotten.

Worst service, they need better staff. I was first in line and 5 cars behind me got served before I did, (I ordered a kid meal) the manger on shift 12/13/2023 at 4:43 pm is trash. The lady by the drive through is not capable of handling the stress. Spent 25 minutes waiting for kids meal is ridiculous.
