The burger was the best I've had in a while, served very hot. Our server was on top of everything and they were very busy. It's been quite a while since I have left a 25% tip, and it sucks that they don't get to keep all the tips that are left for them.
Parking: I did not care for the salsa and quest not worth the price for queso.

I guess the Hostess was having a bad day. But was seated. The waiter was nice. The food was Awesome and Service. Had chicken ranch Quesadillas. Awesome choice. The kitchen manager was very nice and polite. She was very well Mannered. And treated me and the Guest with respect. I really appreciate that alot. Her name was Cortney Smith. Thank you. The food and visit was Awesome!!!
the older man taking our takeout order was probably new on the job or just lacks basic customer service skills, coming from someone with years in the food industry. he couldn’t find the sweet tea that we wanted and was complaining about it so we quickly switched our drink to something else. then once we were trying to pay STILL standing there he tries to take the persons order behind us. to the point we couldn’t even pay anymore the machine wouldn’t let us because he was using the pos system. then we had to wait even longer just to pay. he’s literally talking over us while we are still standing in front of him trying to take the persons order behind us. just basically rushing us out while we are simply paying. mind you we were there for less than 5 minutes it wasn’t like we were holding up a line…. not tryna sound like a karen but this behavior would be unacceptable in any food place i’ve ever worked at.

Nice people and clean restaurant. And your food comes out fast
Our visit started with a 5-minute wait at the table before anyone came normally that wouldn't be a big deal for me but this time when the waitress did come she explained it took a while because somebody just threw up all over the kitchen. I almost just got up and walked out at that point because I don't want to know these things I hope things are cleaned properly that's for sure. Then we ordered appetizers and promptly food after food showed up appetizers never did. When the waitress finally came back I asked her where the appetizers were and she had to reorder them because supposedly somebody dropped them. But nobody decided to recook them after they were dropped. When we were about to leave I decided to go to the bathroom real quick as we had a long drive The men's room smelt like somebody had been peeing on the floor for 10 years and never cleaned it once The smell was so bad I almost threw up. It might actually be possible that it's being cleaned with urine I don't know it's bad not something I expect out of a Chili's something I expect out of a truck stop bathroom.

Raven was our server and she was exceptional. Very friendly and kind. She was quick and her attention was on all her tables. And all received awesome service. I will be back because of Raven.

This is a nice location because of the area. Close to freeway and other stores. Food was alright. The chicken quesadillas had more cheese than chicken ratio. It tasted more like cheese quesadillas. Two family member's meal was overly salted. Everyone else had no complaints about the food. The service was just ok. Server could've been more attentive. At times we had to get up and get our own utensils, straws and napkins since we were seated near the area where it's stored. Tried to flag our server several times, at a table behind us. He didn't notice or look in our direction. He stepped up slightly towards the end of our meal. So we did leave a tip. Maybe he thought we wouldn't leave one to begin with and in return gave crappy service. It was my child's birthday so everyone at our table tried to stay positive. On birthdays they offer complimentary dessert, but at this location the server didn't mention it and overall seemed unconcerned, dismissive. We asked if they could sing happy birthday which they do at all locations. They did but not sure if we'd return to this one.
Kid-friendliness: Great for birthdays, free dessert ice cream on birthday
Our server never looked at us while taking our order. When she came to check on us, it felt more like an afterthought, like she forgot about us.
