Placed an online order and Paid for 4 bowls with guac MIND YOU ITS EXTRA just for each bowl to not have guac and our bowls were half empty. Called the restaurant and the person who answered was rude and dismissive

This place was trash. I had a mobile order and they gave me the wrong food. The queso I ordered was watery and didn’t taste like their queso. Terrible experience.

Line long not many employees and the napkin station was a mess. No napkins silverware everywhere and I can’t imagine that the soda dispensers even taste carbonated.

My order was completed wrong. So wrong I don't know how it could've been so wrong. Only the rice meat and shredded cheese was right on it. Terrible. And I ordered a large chips and queso and they gave me a small.

Don't order here. They still cheat you on the meat portions. I ordered double steak and chicken and literally got less than what you get in just a normal portion. The is their second time doing this. I did not get the credit promised to my wallet on the Chipotle app either so I will be disputing it with my bank. At this point, it seems it costs less to eat out but I'll continue cooking myself before I get cheated out of what I paid for.

Salad is expensive, then I find out the guacamole is not included. There should be some way to notify customers. No chips with the Salad.

Extra meat now cost $7.65. In addition they no longer offer the smaller portion of chips. Extra portion is now the cost of a meal, this is outrageous.
Inflation is a problem, but this is robbery.
