Chipotle Mexican Grill

Yesterday night i had made a pick up order and when I came straight home, i had everything in my bowl but my protein 😭 i get it's almost closing time and everyone is tired and i truly get that, but we all have reasons to be ordering food at late. Could be coming from the hospital visiting a loved one, had a bad day at work, it may not be serious but please, double check these customers orders before you pack 🥺 it's also just a waste of money and with this economy every penny counts.

Walked in to the pick up section and was ignored so I said “I’m picking up an order” nicely and got IGNORED again. There was a girl not doing anything that had just walked by me to get to the counter so I thought she would help me but no. I really thought nobody heard as it took about 30 secs for a guy that was making a bowl to turn around and say “what’s the name” then the girl chimed in, looked up (she was in front of me the whole time) and asked for my name at the same time he did. This isn’t the first time they’re rude, so I actually avoid coming to this location but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I know some days they’re super busy but that was not the case neither time. I definitely won’t be back cause three times of rudeness was enough for me.

Food was awesome- the Starbucks next door was a plus but, as usual with this store for some reason lol the parking is always a nightmare! lol! The chairs make an awful noise when you scoot them in too but other than that- everything was nice and clean and the food was yummy

So disgusting, Lucky I wasnt hungry and in a well lit room. Manager tried to say it was a bean… Ma’am dont have legs or antennas. NEVER EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. Please beware

This Chipotle's is tiny ,always dirty and stingy with portions!

Charged for a steak bowl when it was chicken. Also charge for queso I didn't get. C'mon guys get it together. The register doesn't show what is being paid for like every other restaurant in the world. Scammed by chipotle..... Completely unacceptable.

We purchased three rice bowls two with steak and one with chicken on Saturday November 9th at 4:00 p.m. within 24 hours we were all sick. Throwing up, diarrhea, headaches and cramps. Four days later I'm still sore from the episode. No more Chipotle for me ever. My daughter was sick within four hours.
