So……it was my grandchild’s 6th bday party/let me just say it was packed,Management and staff looked highly frustrated,4 GPD units rolled in before I got there….

I just went today to celebrate with my children. The worker Alex in the jumping area was speaking to his coworker while my 2 year old son was entering the area. He told him socks were needed but my son didn’t hear and I was trying to get him out. He then pretended to grab the air as if it was my son and slap and punch the air.
As a mom, I would be scared to bring my son again. even if Alex didn’t hit him, he gestured that he wanted to beat him.

The Trampoline area is for little kids but its not monitored so there are big kids jumping with Toddlers its a Accident waiting to happen. Also NO adults allowed in the play area my toddler got scared and couldnt come down so i had to go up and slide down with him and i had to explain to the man my child got stuck i had to help him. obviously i can not leave my 3 year old up there. Other than these the food was great! And the place seemed clean! He had fun! Prices are pretty expensive! They definitely push their Fun Pass on you for 7.99 a month when you walk in..

This place is a Money Making Sensation. The Birthday Parties, Wow!!! Cash In 2hrs/ Cash Out- Good Luck finding a place to sit!! I swear after my 30 plus years of the experience with CEC...the pizzas are smaller, but cost more ( dont waste money on the Cheese Pizza) and less tasty. Come on CEC - Pizza is all you do and it should be "Done Well".

Our family had a wonderful time here today. They do a great job of keeping everything clean. The pizza and salad was very good. It was way more expensive than I thought it would be. I will look for coupons next time.

This is the only location that has the Ring Pop candy anymore. There were BUCKETS of them in the case, so I asked for 20 to stock up for my kid. The guy said they’re out since this afternoon. He said all the ones in the display case can’t be given out. I’m going to venture out and say he was too lazy to count out 20, because we’ve had prizes given to us from the ´display’ case before. Lame.
