My children thoroughly enjoyed their experience today at Chuck E. Cheese. We had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Kindre, who demonstrated outstanding courtesy and went above and beyond, warranting recognition for his superior customer service.

While this place will always be a zoo😂… This particular location was well-maintained. I appreciate their diligence of not allowing children to exit the building if the numbers did not match. If I had small children again, I definitely wouldn’t mind being a regular.

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The tables were dirty, and it was impossible to find a clean place to sit. It seemed like no one was paying attention to basic cleanliness or customer flow.
To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns or offering help, they came across as arrogant and lacking any people skills. When customers feel ignored or spoken down to, it ruins the entire dining experience.
Sadly, this visit was enough for me to decide I won’t be returning to this location ,simple focus on cleanliness and respectful customer service would go a long way in improving this place. Name of the Manager was Jorge !

Well lit, spacious, and clean. I had not been to a CEC in a very long time. I was disappointed not to see the stage with CEC & Friends, and seeing the live performances. They had a CEC mascot who would come out about every 30 minutes or so to high five & hug kids. Their entertainment was a main big screen and other TVs throughout the venue to showcase songs/dances. I enjoyed the purpose for what I was there for and that was my baby cousin's 5th Birthday!! 🤗🥳🤗

Pizza is over priced, and the restrooms were dirty. There was not a big variety of games and new trampoline area is small. The kids did have fun though. The new monthly membership is a good value.

Had a party for my daughter and it was a mess. The host acted like she knew nothing every time I had a question. & she decided to go on break during our party & didn't let us know. We had no one come check on us or update us at that time. Had a horrible experience, gave it 2 stars bc my daughter had a good time playing the games.

I use to love it here, it’s now over priced, the restrooms have no toilet tissue, the mangers don’t help, she told me there’s only one boy working and she can’t not go in there to restock. Our pizza came out cold and you pay to play games and half of them are out of order.

I didn’t like the way I was treated at check out? Giovanni was rude and dismissive. I asked if he could split the coupon a month 2 cards and he said no . I will never come back to this dirty location.
