Wasn't busy when we got there but quickly started getting busy. Food was pretty good except the XL Chili dog. Chili appeared and tasted old and over cooked. And the hot dog was very light colored leading me to believe that it wasn't beef. The tacos were really good as was the chicken strips and gravy. Service wasn't bad. And I liked dealing with a human rather than a computer monitor.

I was frantic trying to get an ice cream cake at the last minute :/ I went to one DQ but they don’t sell ice cream cakes. I then rushed to the DQ in Grand Prairie and got there 10 minutes after they closed. I drove around to the drive thru and Josiah was an angel sent. He was very pleasant and didn’t hesitate to help me and let me buy my last minute cake. Thank you again, Josiah!

This location has food consistency issues depending on how busy the restaurant is and quality and service varies throughout the week. Usually, the food is appealing to the eyes and tastes good. But I've noticed presentation suffers when there's more than 5 cars in the drive thru. The DQ app is worthless bcuz they constantly have internet issues. Sadly, this is the only location close to my house so options are limited. Consumer beware.
