Was out and about for work, seen this place as I was driving around in the area. The tacos were fantastic. There are alot more items on the menu, but I kept it a simple lunch. This place has been around for a long time. I would highly suggest you trying this place.

This time around the dough on the tamales, both beef and pork, was a little bit too muchy. As if they were not cooked long enough.

Our Dad turned us on to this hidden gem in plain sight. I will pass up other restaurants and, cities just to get here. The food is Gooooooooood?? Look closely I couldn't wait to dig in ?? Don't just take my word for it try it.Parking: You park right upfront and, walk in.

Expensive and the extra charge for Credit card is robbery. I knew there was an extra charge for using cards but $5 is way too much, $20 for a menudo, 2 tacos and a horchata. Total was $25. Menudo was bland, horchata tasted like premix, carnitas flavorless. Gave an extra star for wait staff being friendly.

Today 02/09/24 my wife and I had a great brunch, Everything was great and the food was delicious, Only downside ? with last couple years every time it rains they have a ceiling leak and they closed the center area where they have literally white trays to catch the rain water, These two trays are on top of a table and splashing the other tables around, Also that part of the ceilingIs falling apart has bad mold buildup that got my concern so.........If you don't mind eating while you get splash withDirty rain water from that issue they got going onTry to concentrate on the flavor of the great food And enjoy itNote:Will be calling the health department for restaurants in Grand prairie area first thing MondayMorningParking: Parking is very challenging because it is not big enough, During normal busy hours lunch or breakfast time there's hardly any parking spotSo you need to wait for someone to leave an open parking spot, It's difficult especially when it is pouring rain that makes it very inconvenient
We purchase tamales. They were very Nasty and expensive. They did not want to give us hot sauce. We had to purchase. The man at the register was very rude and disrespectful.
