Not sure what happened but I ordered a baker with chopped brisket and 2 sides mac and BBQ beans. What i received felt like my order came from a completely different place, nothing about the packaging looked like dickeys

Took a chance on Dickey’s and boy it did not disappoint! Keisha and the two young men working were very welcoming with a friendly smile. They didn’t mind that we took our time looking over the menu and gave wonderful suggestions. Everything was awesome!! Will definitely be coming back for the ribs, brisket and turkey. To the owner- you have a great team. It’s so refreshing to get great customer service this day and age. You guys rock!!!

Yall in my opinion this is the worst Dickey’s location that exists. Anytime I order delivery here, something is wrong with my order and anytime I carry out an order, something is wrong. I’m either missing my extras or my potato is burnt.

Typically there are only 2-3 people working but they don’t appear to be very friendly. Also there’s a curbside option but the phone number doesn’t work and the servers don’t typically bring the food curbside anyway. You have no choice but to walk in.

I haven’t had dickeys in a while now because this one is closest to me but I refuse to order from them again because of the lack of service and the care for the food.

The tall guy with the baseball cap, if you have the need to sneeze, please cover your mouth! You lack of respect and of course zero customer service. I see why this place is empty during lunch hours.

We made a last minute order for 100 sandwiches that we needed in less than 24 hours. They fulfilled the order and delivered everything on time. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Thanks Nick

I ordered thru Uber eats and Uber eats messed up my order and wouldn’t return my money. So I called and spoke to Issac and he just told me to come in when I can and they would correct it. So today almost a week later I called spoke to nick just to make sure I could still get the food that I ordered he said of course. When I went Keshia was there and she was great! They corrected my order without question and the food was great! I used to never eat at this dickeys because I didn’t like the food but since nick has taken over it’s really good!! Their customer service is great. They didn’t have to correct the order since it wasn’t even their fault but they did everything to make it right! I will definitely keep coming back! Thanks to everyone for all your help!
