So after DECADES I decided to give Domino’s ( 3725 S. Carrier Pkwy~ Grand Prairie, TX) a try. So I got in on the whatever pizza for 50% off. I got the Extravaganzaa pizza or whatever it’s called. It was horrible and where is the cheese!! The ingredients taste very low grade. I want my $11.90 back it sucked!!

They need better workers the whiteboy in the front doesn't know what he's doing he took damn near 30 min just to ring my order out so I just walked out on his ass this isn't the first time this has happened meanwhile my food is getting cold forget to mention that they ignored me as soon as walked in to pick up my order.

Won’t be ordering from this location no more because I paid for extra cheese & they did not put it on there & said they did but you can definitely tell the difference when it’s extra cheese vs when it’s not. & the pizza did not taste fresh & was dry as if they didn’t put enough sauce on it or something. So I will be trying another location next time I want dominos.

Toppings such as oregano are added to your pizza despite not selecting it, I hate oregano spice and I did not select it to be in my pizza. My option was to take the pizza or leave it.

This could have easily turned into a bad experience. My thin crust Philly cheesesteak pizza was semi burned. I asked for a new one, the manager immediately had the cook prepare it and he also offered me a credit. I declined because the staff was truly busy and I understood things can’t always be perfect. The staff was having fun while preparing customer meals. I like to see that..keep up the good work and great attitudes
