Placed Ordered for a carbonara pasta a pizza with pepperoni chicken and Buffalo sauce and a pepperoni and cheese bread. Checked my pasta on the car and it had green pepper chicken onions and mushrooms went back to the store to see if they can get me the correct pasta, lady with glasses just read ingredients outloud and said yes it does have mushrooms in a annoying expression. I just said ok thank you good to know have a great day and walked out the store. To my surprise pasta doesn't have any bacon and my pizza doesn't have the Buffalo sauce. It's hard to be a nice customer and not be mad when you ask things nicely and a smile. say please and thank you. Just please be kind and listen to your customer please.

10/20/2023 grand prairie resident for 30 years. I've been ordering from this domino's for years and besides the half trying cutting its been almost above decent quality. the past few months have been stright trash. The pizza's have huge bubbles with very little toppings. The cheese bread is way over cooked and the posta feels old. Im a dedicated domino's customer and i feel as though we might have to start going to another pizza place locally. The management isn't doing a good job at all. From top to bottom

Woke up to my bank account being -$6 cause the delivery driver tipped himself. Don't let these drivers walk off without letting you sign off on the receipt they will tip themselves. Leaving the review as the store isn't opened yet to file a complaint.Update: Xavier's exceptional service completely turned around my frustrating experience. His prompt response, thorough investigation, and dedication to resolving the issue were truly outstanding. Thanks to him, my faith in Domino's has been restored. I received a full refund for the unauthorized tip, and his courteous demeanor throughout the process made a significant difference. Never fails! Placed the order online and when i show up to pick up the order i sign in I'm here. They stop the timer and read it's on the way and no one comes out!If this location is not capable of curbside pick why offer it!!

Badly made and cut pizza, charred bacon and huge parts of missing cheese and did not receive my sauces! Do not recommend! Bad services all round said my order was ready it wasn’t! Had to wait an extra 10 minutes while other walk-in’s where done first! Might drop dominos altogether because of their shoty crews!There’s a better one on carrier near this shoty place if you want dominos!

love it here the staff is so friendly, one time i had a pizza that was a little over cooked in some spots and they gladly remade it. out of all the local dominos this one is my favorite. love me some alfredo pizza.
