The customer service was great and everyone was polite, however I don't like the fact that my medium sized drink is this empty rather than the cup being filled to the top.

Went this morning to try out for the first time and this was my first and last time, Horrible customer service couldn’t even place an order without being interrupted with such horrible attitude you could definitely tell they did not want to do anything therefore they were running people off, they had no one in line so I just decided to drive away.

Management changed and now this location is TERRIBLE. Run by a bunch of teenagers who can't be bothered to correct orders. Regularly out of donuts. Didn't have powdered donuts for close to a month. Today instead of marking the powdered donuts as unavailable, they just added powdered sugar to the glazed donut holes.

Georgia was very rude at the drive through. They ran out of certain donuts 🍩 😕 😪 and my co worker called me before Georgia returned to the window to ask what else I would like . Georgia comes back to the window and she asks for another kind of donut and Before she can even get out what I asked for, Georgia told her she needs to come on because she have 3 people she's training and people in the front. Yada yada yada yada. That's not my concern. It's about customer service. I Am A customer as well. 🙄😔😡

UPDATE: Came back for kolaches and a avocado toast with bacon. They stated the kolaches were frozen. Only 2 available. Come home to see this raw piece of bacon on the avocado toast. Please give me my money back. Unacceptable!… Loved coming here. Lately with new staff it’s a hit or miss. I love my regulars. They know me and my order and helps get my morning started. Today 11/13/23 I asked for hash browns crispy and received them and looked still uncooked. These aren’t the same. I emphasized the word crispy. Please bring back the old crew.

This Dunkin is very consistent with the way they make their drinks, which is really the only thing I care about! They are also pretty fast with the drive thru, and I look forward to visiting this one because I know what to expect every single time!!

If you feel like getting ignored go here. Walked in with about 6 workers and only 1 car in drive through. Was told to give them a minute, took maybe 3. Once they finally served me they rung me up and just walked away. I asked several times for a receipt as I was buying for work. One lady finally gave it to me and said “we heard you.” While another worker is talking loudly about the person in the drive through saying “what does she want now.” Not the best of service.
